My previous pillow was giving me neck pain and tightness. I bought this pillow and have had a great night sleep every night since. It is a medium pillow so is a bit firm but still has a level of softness.
The pillow is firm and comfortable. For people who prefer a really fitm pillow just note it might be a bit soft for you. But its great for me!
I had developed neck pain as my old pillows weren't supportive enough. I went into a David Jones store and the salesperson suggested I try out some different pillows. I almost declined their suggestion as it seemed a bit silly but I'm extremely glad I did it. They gave me a fresh pillowcase and I went to the mattress section to lie down. I would never have bought these pillows otherwise, but they turned out to be the most suitable for me in terms of comfort and support. I'm a back and side sleeper and I like using them in both positions. I've previously had feather and down pillows that smell but these ones don't.
