I was very disappointed with this order. The towels were loose in the box from Sheridan. They were covered in white papery bits, and looked messy. I have returned these to Myer and bought a different brand of towel, instore (original was online). Myer handled this exchange professionally. Sheridan pack their own towels and send them out for Myer, so be aware.

However, the fluff coming off has blanketed our bathroom, and us, in spite of frequent washing and going through the drier. I sought help from Sheridan on what could be done. The only response to the request for help was a questionnaire asking if I would recommend Sheridan to my family and friends. Well, NO.

Overall the towels are great. I love the softness, depth of colour and the price (on sale) was excellent. However they do shed a lot of fibre despite washing but I'm prepared to put up with that.

sjnce I wa so happy with the Heritage sheets I decide to try the towels. They would have fine if I was using in my bathroom, but they are for our B&B and would like them to be a little thicker. I am deciding whether to send them back and look for something else.
Really beautiful, fluffy towels. They were initially shedding fluff after the pre-use wash. I washed them in vinigar to get the shedding under control. Then with bi-carb soda for absorbency.
It’s only been about 3 weeks since I’ve started using this towel; so far so good. I wanted to try this brand as other towels have loose threads coming out after 1-2 washes only. I’ve washed this towel 4 times already and so far it has been amazing!
I love the sheridan brand and haven't let me down yet. Very soft and comfortable. They draw the water away from the body without feeling like they are wet.
Love these towels. So soft and glorious. We bought a new set to replace the exact same towels from 20 years ago! Admittedly the old ones aren’t as soft and fluffy but they’re still going strong after 20 years!
Stunning colour and comfortable fabric! Compared to other brands, these towels have been bought time and time again for my family. Very long lasting also over many many washes.
These towels are the softest most luxurious, pampering towels I have ever had. After washing them I was really surprised how much they 'plumped-up' and became unbelievably soft. I will always, no matter what, buy Sheridan towels and bathroom accessories.
