I just received this pillow with great anticipation on the 'luxury' of having a goose and feather pillow. This is the flatest pillow. You should save your money and sleep straight on the mattress. Its advertised with 85% goose and 15% feathers but you only receive 25% of the pillow fullness. Very disappointing as was hoping to receive a pillow similar to those that you receive at Sofitel or Langham. I would give 0 stars but to post I needed to put a star.

This pillow is a good pillow. But sometimes it can sink down too low and doesn’t provide neck support. If you’re looking for stability, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for soft luxury, this head cloud should do the trick.

I got this super soft pillow about a month ago and it's amazing! It's so comfy and feels fancy because of the nice material. It's the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a little bit of luxury in their bed.

The pillow , while lovely and soft , basically becomes completely flat when you lay on it. It retains no shape. It has absolutely no support. I tried it for a night, but only lasted 20 minutes before I went back to my $30 spotlight pillow. It was like laying on an empty pillowcase. I was hesitant to buy online, due to the no return policy, but I’ve previously bought a down filled Sheridan pillow , and it was absolutely heaven, and I thought that this pillow would be similar. My mistake. I should have checked them out in person. However, I love 500 km away from the nearest Sheridan supplier. Expensive lesson learnt.
I got this pillow for my partner because her pillow was shot and she was having the worst sleep imaginable night after night. We thought it was our mattress to start with so after we replaced the mattress she was waking up in less pain from the mattress but still not a restful sleep. From the first night of using this pillow she has been sleeping soundly and waking up far more recharged than ever before. We highly recommend this pillow, it’s worth spending the money for a far better quality of sleep.
High loft until you place your head on the pillow then it flattens down to 2cm until you squeeze and plump it underneath your head. Not supportive but if you have patience it can be moulded into a comfy blob until you rollover in your sleep and wake up with a flat middle and high puffy ear muff sides. $200 is a lot of money for another display pillow. The search continues…
I have had a duck/down pillow before this one and I also loved that one but as it was over 10 years old I needed a new one. I sleep mostly in my back and side and I bought a med-low memory foam pillow but it was too firm which resulted in a sore neck. I also tried a fibre fill pillow for side and back sleepers but again it was too firm. I decided to bite the bullet and get another duck/down pillow and after some research I purchased this pillow. I am so glad I did!! I slept so well and woke up refreshed. It is even better than my last duck/down pillow!! Highly recommend!! Probably not for people who prefer a high firm of course.
I'm not quite sure what I was expecting, but I thought that being "feathery" that the pillow would magically puff out after having had a head on it, but this is not the case. When it's crinkled, it's crinkled. I expected after a while that the pillow would lose any puffiness, but I feel there is no puffines to feel comfortable with. I felt that a little more stuffing would have made it less able to fold into itself, but I am no pillow-ologist. It fills a need when I want to have my head sucked in, but I need another pillow underneath. However, if you want a pillow that needs to be folded to sink into puffiness, this is for you. As a non-pillow expert, I was a tad disappointed, ,- 4-stars. I wanted to give it 3-stars, but when I went back, 4-stars were locked in.
I bought this pillow, because it was the most expensive and I really wanted a great pillow! I couldn’t even sleep a single night with this. It is so fluffy that there is absolutely 0 support for your neck. It’s like sleeping on the mattress. The pillow goes down to almost nothing as soon as your head is on it. Customer support was also useless in providing help. Overall really poor experience & don’t waste your money.
I’ve been looking for a soft pillow for a very long time so I was shocked when I finally found it! I’m the kind of person who likes to sleep relatively flat and this pillow allows me to sleep like that. Definitely not for someone who wants a bit of support.
