I bought this to replace another reel that gave out on me. My only regret is not buying this reel sooner. I’ve been using it for my lighter top water lures and this thing works flawlessly.

I really like this reel, it is surprisingly light yet still powerful and well balanced.
overall a great starter reel, espesially for the price, would 100% recommend
Great quality reel for the price. This reel is a very reliable and easy to use. This reel looks great, would recommend to perches.
Best ( favorite) reel I own; smooth and reliable; I use 25 braided line on 11 feet rod; excellent response
Smooth like butter, excellent value reel, great as a back up or spare, using this for Squid in 3000 size.Thank you.
This is a really good reel, maybe my favorite so far. Some of the Shimano products I purchased recently seemed too light, almost a little flimsy. They are all super smooth some of the best on the market, and have quality drag components. They cast really well and fight fish really well, and can result in more productive fishing. They also last the longest of anything else I buy. This one seems to have all of those features and my favorite balance so far.
Not had chance to use the reel yet but on first appearance and loading braid onto it I’m quiet impressed.Ok it’s not a Stella or even a Vanford but for the money it is well worth it.If you’re after a budget set up then this reel will fit the bill.Great price to from Fishing Tackle & bait.
