This is my second Stella FK order from JDM Tackle Heaven around Xmas (of four - two of which was the 4000XG model).The order was promptly sent within 2 business days with prompt, up-to-date info re shipping plus the bonus heaven points.I received the order within 3 business days, which is a far cry from what happens locally here in VIC (Australia) for orders coming from interstate (I've waited for 2 weeks now and still nothing from the courier company - still in transit).Customer service is top notch too... for example when i used their Snipe service previously to get a hold of Zenaq rods - since they do not go on sale ever here - but was told not allowed as that was Zenaq's policy.
