Shimano 26 Zodias Spin Rod 2.03 m / 4-12 g

Tested worldwide, the popular Zodias is part of Shimano’s exclusive JDM range and is designed for predator anglers who demand the very best from their equipment. With its elegant matte finish and unmistakable Japanese styling, it is perfect for targeting pike, perch, bass, zander and other predators with precision and confidence. Originally developed in Japan for bass fishing, the new Zodias has been optimized for European freshwater spinning anglers. It stands out for its excellent balance and light weight, allowing you to fish longer with greater comfort and accuracy. From delicate presentations to the use of large lures, it offers outstanding versatility. At the heart of the range is Shimano’s Hi-Power X carbon technology, which reduces blank twist, improves casting accuracy and optimizes power transmission. This results in longer, more controlled casts, better lure presentation and greater efficiency with soft plastics, jigging and large spinnerbaits alike. The CI4+ reel seat combined with the Carbon Monocoque handle significantly enhances sensitivity, allowing you to detect even the most subtle bites, while keeping the rod light and comfortable for long fishing sessions. It offers excellent control both with finesse rigs and when working more aggressive lures. The matte-finished blank further reduces weight, while the Fuji Alconite guides with optimized spacing ensure perfect performance with fine braided lines. With fast and regular actions and advanced carbon technology, Zodias delivers performance far above what you would expect in its price range. Available in 4 Casting models and 9 Spinning models, the range covers everything from finesse techniques to powerful models for large lures.
