I already had one Nasci and I loved it - smooth, solid, and not too heavy. I went to get a Quantum Vapor that was on sale from $180 down to $140. I compared it to the Nasci FC and it wasn't as smooth, and was heavier. I also prefer the slimmer handle on the Nasci. I also compared it to other reels that were between $100-200 and liked the Nasci over all of them. I ended up buying a second Nasci even though it wasn't on sale. Get it, you won't regret it.

I own several NACI versions of the Sedona 2500 and I own several standard Sedona 2500s.I fund them versatile and durable but rhe NACI version is excellent if you tend to be hard on your equipment like I am. I leave my equipment in my boat year round d through rain, snow , heat etc and found that the NACI version lasts twice as long as the standard 2500 version before you begin to have performance issues with smoothness of retrieving

Seems to be a slight improvement over the previous model Nasci. A little lighter and apparently just as strong. I like the drag on these reels and use them for a variety of freshwater fish, including Steelhead. Good reel for the price, which makes it a good value in my book
