Work well and are very smooth
I like these wheels, smooth bearings , well constructed.
I have put thousands of Kms on this wheelset and have only had to do minor trueing in that time. I use these as a all weather commuting wheels and smash them into kurbs, sometimes use them offroad and just generally abuse them. They have survived all this and still roll fine and I haven't even serviced the hubs! God bless shimano.

I noted that the wheels I received are 500 not 501. Still good wheels but just be aware.
Bought to replace older wheels of same brand and model . Never had a problem with puctures or broken spokes or buckles despite exceeding the weight limit for some brands .
