Shimano Ultegra 14000 XTE - this model is designed with the best Shimano coils in mind and is packed with Shimano cutting-edge technology. One very important technology is Super Slow Oscillation, which means the drum moves back and forth very slowly during the cleaning process. This is an important technology that affects the casting distance and the distribution of the cleaner on the drum. So not only will this reel allow you to cast the lure a very long distance, but it will also drive the fish better and last longer. The lightweight and robust body hides the most advanced technology from Shimano. The reel will provide all the power you need when under load. Technology such as Rigid Cast minimises drum deformation during casting, while Parallel Body guides the line at the ideal angle to the first ring. In addition, the line does not rub when sliding over the edge of the aluminium AR-C drum. All this ensures exceptional casting performance. The reel is ideal for fishing for large carp or other large fish.
