What a difference to my bike this XTR derailleur made. It shifts so smooth and fast now. This is one of the best upgrades I’ve done to my bike. Highly recommend.

Quite simply, there is no better rear d out there. Couple the XTR 12spd rear d with XTR 12 spd chain and cassette and you have the best mtn bike shifting ever.Yes, it is way ahead of sram AXS.You can even shift under heavy load. I intentionally try to mis-shift this rear d and it performs flawlessly every time.

A very good services! Excellent! Will continue to purchase again
this is a brand new part from Shimano (manufacturer) so the expectation is high. the part met the expectations of it being new.
Light weight great shifting Derailleur!
Item works a treat, smooth as silk shifting, looks the goods too, Would be 5 stars but its not the cheapest.
Excellent product, the quality is only at the height of Japanese manufacturing.
More of a rating of the price, service and speed of BikeInn as XTR is the best in class. Got the part in less than a week to California, USA. Couldn't ask for better as I binned the original XTR derailleur on a Thursday night ride, ordered the following day and had a new part on my bike by the following Wednesday. Lower price than anywhere in the 'states and couldn't ask for better service.
sledgehammer gear changes and smooth in the down shift. a great improvement to my e bike
