This product is amazing for unprocessed hair. I dye my hair a lot and this makes my hair feel so soft. Only problem I run into is that sometimes it makes your hair feel really oily. I would definitely buy this again.
Bought 1 pack and was amazed so decided to splurge and buy the 4 pack and it’s completely different formulation!!! So disappointed and won’t be buying anymore!
The items I received were expired in 2022. The seller should not be able to sell skincare or haircare on any platform that are no longer even useable. I want a refund.

My hair was damaged and dry from colouring, so I tried this mask in combination with other shiseido products / other brands. It works super and I noticed results after several weeks. My hair is easier to comb and softer, even my hairdresser noticed the difference.
I do not need to write review because perfect I really love them.
I was skeptical at first but this mask definitely does what it says. I've got naturally wavy/frizzy hair and finding the right products are really hard. Almost all masks are catered for straight hair girlies. I've been using this mask for more than a month now and my hair feels healthy. Obviously after shower, oil helps to tame the frizziness but overall my hair has been smooth.
