I ordered the multi meter from the pictures on the website. When it arrived it had small probes rather than the long pointy ones as on the photo on the web sight. Very disappointing

Good meter. If you remove the covers on the tips - you get longer tips!!! They just slid on. Possibly too much of a challenge for some.
