I have been looking for an office chair for some time and I am glad I finally bought this one. This is a surprisingly good chair. The chair is very steady and the cushion is comfortable well not too soft, unlike my previous chair which is too soft and cannot support for long time seat/work. The materials, including the bearings are all very high quality. The fabric is breathable and comfortable mesh. The arm rest, height, tilt .. all can be adjusted. And I like the adjustable neck support and low back support most. Only had this chair for two days but I was pleasantly surprised. It seems to be more sturdy than I thought it would be. And bigger which is a plus. At 6’4” my thighs are parallel with the floor. Back support feels good. The headrest, fully extended, hits just above the base of my head. But decent momentary support. Keep in mind this is a day two review.The good: All the parts were there and in good condition. A few extra screws and washers are provided with an allen wrench. Chair feels strong and stable. And reasonably comfortable for the price.The so-so: The recline feature caught me off guard the first time. When you pull the release bar you have to move back a little, push the bar back in, lean back to lock it in place. The wheels stopped going all the way in which left the wheels about 2” from seating firmly. You either need a piece of wood and a hammer to drive them all the way in. (Piece of wood not to scuff anything when hitting with hammer). Or get mad like I did, put it on deep carpet and stomp them in. Don’t try that unless you are a professional stomper. And last, the included instructions. LMBO. Go straight to YouTube.I didn’t take any stars away because the final product seems very good.

I received the chair as the shipping promised. The chair came in one nice size box. I through I was going to need some tools. The tools came inside the box with the chair. It took me about 50 minutes to assemble the chair. On a scale of 1 - 10 and 10 being the hardest. It was about a 3. It does take some effort to put the chair together. If you got numbness, tingling, or weakness in your hand, have someone put the chair together for you. The hardest part was the back of the chair just because the back seat moved a lot when trying to put the screws in. I sat in my chair for the first time and I love it. I like the fact they provide a pair of white gloves which protect your hands and also avoid leaving fingerprints on the glossy surface on the stand.Impression: This chair is well built and the materials are very comfortable. The mesh is high quality. It feels much more breathable comparing to my old leather office chair. It also has good head and lumbar support, both adjustable to my preference. Due to my years of working from home in front of compute desks, I really needed a more breathable and ergonomic chair. I feel this chair is excellent for my need.
Pretty sturdy chair, you know it from its weight. I like the rubber wheels compared to my other Hyken from Staples which has plastic wheels that would leave marks on my hardwood floor. It moves smoothly and the back has a pretty good support that is adjustable.Two slight complaints:1, the installation manual didn't draw the use of washer, so because of my carelessness, I missed those in the first time. Also, in the text it used the word "shim" instead of washer2, the cylinder is simply pushed into the opening of the base and is not screwed together or what. I suppose it is an intended design but be careful not to drop the base when you lift it up if you were only grabbing the seat.

This office chair is amazing. I had another officer chair before, but as time passed by, the leather just got really bad. So I prefer the material of this one. Secondly, this chair is fairly easy to install, and the instructions are easy to follow. Finally, I just like how adjustable this chair can be. You can adjust the knot to lean back on the chair, or you can just lock it and make it no longer flexible. The head support is also adjustable. Texture is fantastic. Just to summarize everything, if you want to buy an office chair, I would definitely recommend this one. It deserves this price and your back deserves this chair!
after reading reviews and comparing with other chairs, decided to buy this one. This is a really great chair. I'm impressed by the details when I open the box. It not only came with screws and a tool, but even had a pair of white gloves for the installation. the chair is finished very well for all the details (see the wheel's photo). very simple to assemble, just take about 20 minutes. The seat support is firm. Easy to adjust, smooth moving. Back and Head support are adjustable and fit very well.
