The 512GB Superior UHS-I microSDXC Memory from Silicon Power keeps up with the pace of your life, allowing you to capture Ultra HD 4K and Full HD video, as well as raw and JPEG stills and bursts. Built with a storage capacity of up to 512GB, this card features a maximum read speed of 100 MB/s, a maximum write speed of 80 MB/s, and a thanks to its V30 / U3 rating, write speeds are guaranteed not to drop below 30 MB/s. If your device does not support V30 / U3, there is backward compatibility for Class 10 / U1 devices. Aside from support for UHS-I, V30, and U3, Silicon Power built this card with support for the Application Performance Class 2 (A2) spec, which includes optimizations to give Android users an improved mobile experience, delivering faster mobile app performance. The A2 spec allows the card to manage random read input-output access per second (IOPS) operations so it can quickly open apps and process accompanying tasks, such as audio, graphics, saved profiles, and in-app permissions. Designed and tested to withstand harsh environments, Silicon Power's 512GB Superior card is resistant against water, shock, and x-rays, as well as temperature extremes of 32 to 158F. It can also endure a minimum of 10,000 insertions. So that this card may be used in SD-compatible devices, a microSD to SD adapter is included.

I bought this because it says that the writing speed can be up to 80 Mbps and the minimum writing speed is 30 Mbps. I needed a fast writing card to use with my camera that is capable of producing 4K videos. Well I tested the speed of the card and the real writing speed is more between 31 and 34 Mbps, which is very FAR from the maximum 80 Mbps speed annonced. I'm very disappointed with the writing speed.

Specs indicate minimum write speed of 30MB/s, but after 2.5 hours of transfer, write speeds had dropped to 22.3MB/s. I had to leave it unattended for the rest of the transfer so I don't know if it dropped further or not.

I am using this card in my Samsung 20 . Did an accurate benchmark and the speed test was, read: 66mb/s write: 63mb/s. All this performance (and space), with an A2 app rating, considering that no high speed adapter was used, is amazing. It's a great option and it really stands up to its competitors! Extremely satisfied. Thank you B&H!!

As the title states, it's a small and convenient item that's flexible for connections and has a HUGE amount of storage capability. The price ain't bad either! It's simple and straight forward. Give it a try, I don't think that you'll be disappointed.
I bought this memory 256Gb along with three 64Gb cards. The 64Gb worked fine, but when I finally opened the 256Gb to use it. I found out it is bad. Only recognized 7.6Gb. It got very hot as well. I cannot return it. I absolutely disappointed. I am going to contact the manufacture to see if they will replace. I hope they will or I will be very mad.
I've been a Samsung EVO Select devotee for a couple of years. They work well in cameras, giving really good read speeds for downloading photos. However, cameras and read speeds aren't the only use and metric for a memory card. Come to find out, the EVO Select isn't good at all for writing lots of small files in the range of 4 to 6 MB. Think of putting lots of MP3s or MP4s (music) on the card for on the go listening. With lots of files in the 4 to 6 MB range, speed is abysmal; in the 25 MB/s range. Thousands of files will take quite a while. Here's my surprise. The Silicon Power Superior U3 A2, 256GB in my case, gobbles up those same files at around 50 MB/s. Yes, double the speed. Less expensive, just as fast on large files, and double the speed on smaller files? ... MoreI've been a Samsung EVO Select devotee for a couple of years. Sign me up!For the record, I'm using the ProGrade Digital Dual-Slot UHS-II SDXC USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C Card Reader, purchased from B&H, of course. Awesome card reader, BTW.
