Purchase online via Myer site was straight forward. Curler has a helpful took to hold up curler so it does not touch bench/table, heats up relatively quick, long cord is good if mirror and outlet are not close by. Downside is, it is a bit on the pricer side for the results.

Digital temperature indicator is very helpful and the curling tong heats up very fast - wish this was a bit longer in length. A bit too short for the curling surface

The silver bullet is so quick and easy to use. It makes getting ready for work a breeze. I love that I can now do something different with my hair instead of just straightening it. Would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
Purchase online via Myer site was straight forward. Curler has a helpful took to hold up curler so it does not touch bench/table, heats up relatively quick, long cord is good if mirror and outlet are not close by. Downside is, it is a bit on the pricer side for the results.

I have had a wonderful Silver Bullet and I wanted another so I bought through this company as the price was good. Unfortunately the one I bought at Oz Hair was faulty. It was quite a hassle to get my money back. I told them it was faulty. Oz hair said that they had to let me deal directly with the company. (This is bad policy. If they think the company is good enough to sell their products, then they should be willing to make something right when they have sold a faulty product without me having to go directly to the company. They are the middle man for a reason. I didn't get this wholesale. They should have took are of this."So I contacted the company and told them the iron will not clamp on to my hair. In the end I had to video what was going on and then send in the product hoping that they would deem it faulty, because if they didn't I will lose my money or have to pay for the return of an item that does not work. After the long process they deemed it faulty then Oz Hair refunded my money. I then went to a retail store and bought the item for the same price as Oz Hair and they have a policy that I deal with them if something is wrong.
Honestly, I was hesitant in purchasing this product due to the other reviews. However, upon purchasing and testing the product I was highly impressed. The wand heats up quickly and the 32mm is perfect for beach soft curls. When brushed softly, the curls come out slightly loose but they stay curled on my long hair which is impressive.
I got this last year as a replacement for one I had got in the USA.I have fine hair that it mid to short in length, so a smaller barrel is what I needed to get curls as opposed to a fluff-ball on my head. Fast to heat up, wiht clear digital display, multiple temp settings and it shuts off after about 20 mins in case you forget, but still turn it off once done. long cord is handy so as not to get tangled when using it.
Having naturally straight stubborn hair and could never hold a curl for longer than 3 hours I had my doubts of trying this product but boy was I wrong! I was todays year old when I found out my hair can now hold curls for 3 days using this curler. I have tried so many products and different curling wands but came across this great priced product. I'm glad I gave this product a go. I 100% recommend this product to others who have the same issues as me. The wand heats up fast and is easy to use.
I have medium to long hair and upgraded my old curling iron to this one hoping it would provide nice soft curl, however it doesn't curl at all. It just leaves a kink at the end.Very disappointed and would not recommend.
