I recently ordered this product as one I ordered from another company 2 months ago got lost in the mail (and their customer service team never got back to me). After a little delay and fearing the same thing had happened I contacted customer service and they were absolutely amazing! They replied straight away assuring me it was coming and provided me with updates along the way. Given how busy they are at this time I appreciated their efforts so much with keeping me informed! :)As for the product, it is also amazing and does the best beachy waves!After my experience I will definitely use Oz Hair and Beauty for all my hair and beauty needs in future. I love this little curler, which is perfect for a curling iron newbie like me - I just need to have more practice using it. The curler itself is a cinch to use, and heats up fast. I love that you can adjust the temperature on this curler, as I have very fine hair.

It arrived and had finger prints on it as though it had been used.Following the directions exactly I used the product and have found it’s not really suitable for long fine hair. A smaller barrel would be better. There are no shortcuts!
All my other electrical styling tools are by Silver Bullet and yet again, this tool is fantastic! I find it so easy to use and navigate, and the temperature controls are easy to use. Heats up super fast too!
Love the curler, love the look of the bigger curls - but i think that because I have hair on the finer side, the curls tend to fall out more than I would have liked.If you have fine hair like me it might be better if you get a smaller barrelled curling iron and allow the curls to fall out to a more looser curl. Then you can mimic the look of the curls from this curling iron.
I owned a Silver Bullet ceramic one before, which I now regret giving away to a good friend of mine who needed a curler at the time because it was so easy for my asian hair- no effort needed. I'm finding that the titanium one is a little harder to use on my hair because the hair doesn't glide out when I curl it (like the ceramic one used to). What I love about this one though, is that it literally heats up in seconds and the curls look real healthy.
