It was a little tricky for me however being a vegan I wanted to amend the ingredients to make pancake batter fit my needs. Instead of a real egg I replaced it with a flax egg, as well as I used oat milk. This didn’t lend itself for easy stirring so I added more logins than suggested in order for the batter to be thin enough to pour. The pancakes were crispy and tasted great! Of course I used a plant based butter to fry them and organic real maple syrup. Yum they were delicious. I can’t wait to cook another batch.

I was really unsure about this. However, I went ahead and ordered it. I was amazed by the way it tasted. I love it!! It was even better than regular pancakes or waffles. Which I have really been missing. I have tried other brands and would throw away after the first time I used it. This mix does not disappoint.

This product is SOOOO yummmm! The quality is great. The taste is great. It's my favorite almond flour pancake mix on Iherb. There aren't "bad" ingredients added to the mix. Very healthy. :-)I love adding things to the mix, like: chopped walnuts, bananas, seeds, and cinnamon! Yummmm! Let's go make some pancakes now. Haha

Gluten Free and great taste! I make them with bananas blueberries or strawberries. So so good! Quality is amazing and so easy to make. The benefits are great also. Recipe is very easy and great for anyone on a diet.
This is the best pancake that I ever had, especially the Almond flavor. I can eat in plain without extra spread. Even much better than those fluffy pancake that gluten included. I will purchase again for sure. If the price can be a bit cheaper, I would put into my auto-ship list. Hope Iherb can do more discount on this item. I have already recommended this to my friends.
It's very delicious! Tastes just like a sponge cake. I put ricotta cheese and berries as topping and pancakes really became cake :Dinside they are soft and springy, I really didn't expect it to be so delicious! From now on, this is my favourite pancake mix!One thing, the packaging recommendations were not suitable for me. I used half a bag of mix, two eggs, 4 spoons of milk and 1 spoonful of butter for 4 pancakes. This consistency seemed perfect to me and I was not mistaken! It turned out to be extraordinarily soft pancakes. Try it in such proportions if you didn't succeed first time. I wish you a great breakfast! 🥰
Simple mills is an amazing brand! All of their products including this one are delicious with clean ingredients. The flavor of these are perfect, not gritty and slightly sweet. My only qualm is that the label says a whole box will make 20, 2 tbls of batter pancakes. I made approximately 16 (about 3 inch) pancakes using about 1.5 tablespoons of batter for each. Idk about you but that doesn’t exactly add up (any way you do the math). So don’t expect to get 20 pancakes out of this box. I will try adding a bit more milk next time to see if that helps since it was a bit thick. And yes it is quite pricey but well worth it, in my opinion. Keep up the good work Simple Mills!
