I have seen reviews that say some pads leak--the only time that's been in issue for me is if one of my pups goes right near the edge--I've never had these leak through the middle.There are easy solutions: use a plastic boot tray, (if you live where there's snow you know what this is) or a large plastic storage bin, mine is about 48" x 24" and only 6" high--it's meant to store things under the bed, but works great to hold the pads. In addition, dog suppliers make plastic trays specifically for this purpose.

I've been buying these for my Morkie for the past 2 years. They are the best performing pads I've tried. I also loved that there were NOT blue, and the neutral color worked well for me aesthetically. As of my last order, the price had increased over 30% over my first order and the pads are now the blue color I loathe. So, I don't think I will be purchasing these any longer. If I must now use a blue pad, I will go with a cheaper option.

I am blessed to be a human companion of seven Chihuahua mixes who are spoiled rotten! Although they use their pet door on a daily basis, they're reluctant to go outside on cold rainy days (I can't say I blame them!), and the Simple Solution training pads have saved my floors!! First time buyer purchased after reading reviews.Everyone that gave a five star rating was absolutely correct. I have one Yorkie and they are perfect.Large enough for dogs that walk in a circle when they go.A quilted pattern opposed to a bunch of layers that tear easy. I love these pads! I've been using them for years and they are super absorbent. They are thin, so you might think they wouldn't be great, but they work wonders. They have a quilted pattern, which I'm guessing helps with the absorption. However, previous versions of this pad seemed to absorb a bit more...might just be the new design, but they still work great! Also, shipping was extremely fast. I have been using Value Pet Supply for many years. We have 4 small dogs and 6 cats. We use the pads for those who can't make the outside or litter boxes. They seem to have a contest to see who can pee in the strangest places. These pads give them an indoor location. We are terrible trainers so we need a crutch. Value is very dependable and these pads are cost effective. Good combo. I order in the 400 to 800 range at a time. Saves money in the long run.
I've used many different kinds of pads to protect my floors when my 16-year old dog can't hold it while I'm gone at work all day. These are by far the very best. Others I've tried soak through and you still end up with wet carpets - that has never happened with these pads. As another reviewer said, these pads turn the urine to gel so it is less likely to run off or be tracked through and spread. One word of caution - that gel is VERY SLICK if you are not paying attention and step on the used pad - always watch where you are walking if you don't want to go gel skating. Value Pet Supplies is the least expensive and fastest place to order these - I have never had a bad experience ordering from them.
I rescue special needs older fur kids and Simple Solution Extra Large pads are terrific. Place them onto a carpet square with a couple of clothes pins at the corners. They stay put, kids hit the target & cleanup is easy (roll up fold in half & into plastic newspaper bag). So many uses...even for kids who tend to wet the bed and elderly who can't always hold it. I must buy stock in the company!
I love them, I'm just on the first few days of using them. I have a Shih-Tzu & Toy Poodle, who stay inside and use the pads. Both dogs have been trained to use a pad. It came very naturally to both of them and they do good with the larger pad like the ones I purchased are a great value. Similar to another brand I was paying much more for. These are thin but, absorb well, I will continue to purchase them. The only downfall for me is I could use the length to be about 1 or 2 inches bigger, the width could be smaller by a similar amount. This is only because I use a floor tray to put the pad on and it has a locking lip that holds the pad, I can fit the pad but, its a stretch on the length for me. These pads work for my household.
