I have been a huge fan of Simplehuman for years. When I discovered this new Stainless Steel XL Adjustable Shower Caddy, I couldn't be more excited to install it in my shower. It was so easy to install and it gave so much more room for all my products my husband and I use in the shower. No more bottles hanging out everywhere. It has this luxury feel to it. I managed to put various shampoo bottles, conditioners, 2 shavers, hang 2 sponges and facial cleansing products and there is room for bar soaps, one for each of us. This is truly the best product I've ever seen for shower. I love it so much, I plan on getting one more for my guest restroom. This caddy works great with my shower wand set up. My only criticism is that I have a stall shower (not a tub) so the faucet is about 23 inches below the shower head. The caddy's center rod anchors right on the top of the faucet plate. It works but its not completely anchored. Don't get me wrong. I still love it and am happy. Just wish Simple Human had a style for a stall shower.

After going through several other shower caddies/towers, I was willing to take a chance that the "you get what you pay for" adage was true, and in this case it was. I love organizers in general, and this one is very well thought out. I thought it might be too big for just the two of us, but it took no time at all to fill it up--her products on the left, his on the right. I particularly like the sliding piece that keeps products with rounded tops in place when I turn them upside down when the product is low. I could do without the holes engineered for that purpose because really, how many products have those types of tops anymore? Also, at least based on what we have on the organizer, it seems it would be hard to access those types of dispenser tops without running ... We used the flat adhesive disc included for this purpose and it worked for a couple of days, but then it came unstuck and the organizer listed to one side. We took the flat discs, placed them where they should be, and then used clear silicone, which you can't see, around the edges to keep them in place. We applied the suction cups to them, and the unit has not budged since (almost three months).The only modification I would recommend is the addition of hooks on the bottom for hanging bath implements. We added a small S-hook, and will probably add more, to one of the bottom trays to hang things, but it would be nice if they were incorporated into the unit.Overall, I am thrilled with the usefulness and quality of this caddy, and consider it money well spent!

I received this shower caddy damaged. Stainless steel bent on the bottom basket. No way to straighten It. Probably happened due to poor packaging. This item was delivered by Fed Ex and the box was very damaged. Not only that, the shower caddy wasn't wrap so it was bouncing around inside the box through the delivery process. I would think that for something that was not cheap, Simplehuman would pay more attention to packaging. They do not give you an option to exchange so I would have lost my 20% coupon. I returned it. Waiting for my refund. Will not be repurchasing.
This is a great product. Works exactly as we had hoped and has plenty of room for all our stuff. It's especially good for the handheld shower heads with cords. However, we were really disappointed in how much plastic this thing came shipped with. In a plastic bag, surrounded by two layers of plastic bubble wrap, which for a product this size is a lot of plastic. What's the point? It's an already sturdy product of hard plastic and metal and in a rigid cardboard box. It's fine as is.
Took me a while to find her, but I did…Hard to say anything negative about the extra-large adjustable shower caddy, however being the critic I am the only negative thing I will mention is that when the neck / spine is more extended / fully extended, it becomes slightly unstable. With that being said, it’s little to no problem for me at all I have it extended about halfway and it is very stable, holding all of what my girlfriend and myself need.The absolute best thing about this piece from simple human like everything else, is that it is simple and beautiful. It is both decorative and functional and is unbeatable for the price.
It looks very nice and secure. The double suction cups at the bottom, and how close together, keep it very secure aswell as the tightening at the top with the screw. It hasn't moved yet. Being able to adjust both platforms AND the length truly makes it customizable to anyone's shower! So far, a week in and zero complaints. Except I wish it came in Mat Black so it matched my shower head and other bathroom things. Hopefully that's on the horizon!
I bought this to accommodate a handheld shower head. As with all SH products I’ve purchased, the quality is top notch. I like the option of storing bottles upside down so that was a must have for me. Two small issues make this 4 instead of 5 stars:- screwing the hook over the shower iep was a very very tight fit and I think I have a standard pipe- suction cups work but do slip over time requiring a small readjustment of the caddy to level itThis caddy is not cheap but I am hopeful it will last forever!
Nothing like a simplehuman product to deliver the very best. This has so much storage, it's expandable, and it fits in our new shower even with a rain shower head plus an additional handheld. We had the smaller version of this in our old bathroom setup, it has lasted FOREVER. We just got this one because it's larger and has a split middle, which works well for handheld hoses that drape down. Thank you simplehuman!
love everything about this caddy. its super spacious for all my shower essentials but the only issue of mine is that the suctions to hold the caddy to the wall didn't exactly stick so any time i would grab a shower product in the shower it sways a little bit back and forth. besides that I love it and it fits everything I need. it looks so modern and cute! also it being rust proof is a must. love simple human.
