I have had so many different napkin holders in my lifetime but this is just so smart. You can finally pull a napkin out without 40 of them coming out and falling on floor. Lightweight, easy wipe down. Worth every penny to me. I love this company and it’s products!! ♥️

Aesthetically pleasing. One napkin is sometimes able to be lifted without disturbing those below.More often than not this is the case.I have found that to achieve the least disturbance one has to employ an upward movement. Overall I am satisfied.

I initially thought this item would probably disperse more than one napkin at a time, but thought I’d give it a try anyway. And my assumption was absolutely wrong! Only one napkin disperses at a time! By far the best napkin holder I have ever owned.

I bought this holder as I have purchased several other simplehuman items previously and been very happy with them. I liked the concept of its functionality, and simplicity. However the execution of this item is not up to the usual SH build quality. It doesn't sit quite flat on the counter so I needed to add a couple of rubber feet to the base to level it out. Also as some others have commented, the flat metal piece which holds the napkins is not well secured to the plastic base and flexes in one corner like it is coming away from the base. This is likely the cause of the unevenness when on the counter.
I have used many napkins holders before, and so when I say perfect I know what I am saying. The last one I used, whenever you try to take one out, it would leave the others ravelled, and all over the place. I highly recommend this product, thank you Simplehuman for making life more simple with quality.

After waiting about three weeks, I received a soap dispenser instead of a napkin holder. I chalked it up toa pandemic hindered workplace and went through the hassle of returning the soap dispenser after convincing them by way of a required photo that it was indeed a soap dispenser and not a napkin holder. After approximately another three weeks, a broken napkin arrived. It had been placed in the bottom of a box with the only padding being some air bags on top. Now I have to return the broken napkin holder to be given a refund. I will be glad to no longer have to deal with this company.
This napkin holder just makes sense. I was tired of napkin holders that were vertical, the napkins would flop over. This napkin holder looks good and keeps napkins in place horizontally, and they actually slide out one by one easily.
The pump works great. Much more sanitary than a standard pump and looks good. The soap is soap. I wouldn’t mind if the scent was stronger. The napkin holder works great. Just the right amount of tension. One comes out at a time. I’m happy with the results.
My napkins are always falling on the floor, blowing around when the air conditioning cycles on, etc. I have to admit I partially bought this to see if I got 2 or 3 napkins from the holder when I only wanted 1. However, it delivers only 1 napkin at a time, which is what it was designed to do. It looks sharp, is well made, and requires no batteries. I'm glad I bought this!
