simplehuman Sink Caddy Stainless Steel

I give it three stars for the high quality of materials, and the clever design, but, honestly, I don't know for how much longer I will actually use this. The biggest negative is this: the caddy's 4 suction cups all popped off in the middle of the first night of use and has done so regularly at least once every 24 hours, ALWAYS waking me up. (Sink is stainless steel--may be the problem??). Secondly, it is large in the larger half of my standard-size sink, reducing utility of that sink. It would overwhelm the small half of the sink, where the garbage disposal is, so that is not even a consideration. My sink is an undermount sink under a quartz countertop and, despite the undermount, the bottom of the brush holder, fully extended, sits about 1-2 inches off the floor of the sink....hmmmm. This is probably best suited for a very large sink or a farm sink or a large utility sink. My quick fix for now is a large plastic/silicone-suction-cup wreath hook attached to the horizontal surface of countertop with stainless ledge of caddy looped into hook. Caddy suction cups are useless. :-(

I loved this kitchen sink caddy. So far it sticks to the side of the sink. I had a previous sink caddy that did not have the place for the tall scrubber. It constantly fell over. This one is much better. I expect eventually the suction cups with get grimy with soap and I’ll have to clean them to make sure they stick, but very pleased with this purchase for now. Recommend.

Good Quality but falls off my stainless sink

Another fantastic product from Simple Human. Only complaint I have is that the 4 suction cups tend to want to disconnect and it falls into the sink. I got them wet first then stuck them on and so far it's held up but I don't have any weight in the caddy yet. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase. High Quality for sure and fantastic customer service. Simple Human backs their products 100%.

Good replacement for prior silicone sink top caddy

I do appreciate the design and functionality of the 'standard' (larger) caddy. It holds my "Scotch-Brite" sponge, the scrubber w\soap-handle, and the occasional glass surface range scrubber while it dries. Solid once affixed - I've yet to bump it loose from it's suction-cupped\metal barred location. Water is easily wiped off. What you don't see is if you have a standard sized double-bowl sink, the caddy (4-5.6") will consume around 27-37% of the space in a 15" wide (inside width) bowl. Not impossible but does make you re-think usage as however you've grown accustomed to using the bowls. So where the prior silicone-pad was 'busy' on top of the sink left of the facet, it's now 'busy' inside the left bowl and consuming space. Great quality products

I love all their products and use them all around the house (sensor garbage can, soap dispenser, dish rack, sink caddy), however the screwed in plastic tabs on the back of the caddy broke so it was time for a replacement. I've had it for a while so it was dirty and slimy, didnt mind getting new one. Will always stand by the high quality, materials and durability of their products. Satisfied customer always. Their warranty and support is excellent as well (replaced a garbage can bc of a faulty sensor), no questions asked.

Humanly Simply Lovely!

Just love “the idea” of directly ordering from your company. Took awhile for sink caddy to “stay put” but after I reached out to you, Vaseline did the trick. I need to pay these off and then will finally order your Pink mirror! I can not wait, I always wanted one. It’s also a need, if you could see the small bathroom you would get why. Wish I could order my “pink mirror” today but SS directs my monthly traffic. I also saw that you created laundry baskets, wow! Didn’t know this untill yesterday, my mirror will come first then a new laundry basket, “double sided” I’ll shoot for!Stay ingenious for all of us who Love your designs, thank you! Keep it organized

I was hesitant. There are so many sink caddy options from thousands of companies.The 4 suction cups. The extendable draining holder, the double spong holder. We use straw cleaning brushes daily. This is the perfect solution. It fits beautifully in our new deep stainless steel sink. I still have plenty of room to maneuver around. I did see it priced less at a retail store but I'm ok with purchasing directly from Simple Human. We love these products.

In our new home, our sink is on the kitchen island which has an extended bar top. I had a nice cup and sponge holder at our last house, but the sink was against the wall under a window, so the clutter behind the sink wasn't very noticeable like it is now. I bought this to remove all of the clutter from the countertop. I put the dish wand in the side, and the two sponge holders hold a regular sponge and a magic eraser (for our glass stove top.) You don't even notice them. I like that it has holes in it so that dripping water drains into the sink. I like the bar on the top because it keeps the holder from sliding down. I thought it would be hard to keep the counter clean where the bar is, but it isn't hard at all. Then I put one of the sponges on its end instead of its side and the wand fits in the empty space next to it. The dividers in the caddy are removable, but I like them exactly as they are and kept them in. When you install it, make sure you splash some water on the suction cups or it won't hold. I didn't and it fell the first day. So I splashed some water on them before reinstalling and it hasn't fallen once since then. I knew my sister would love this so I sent her photos of mine in my sink and she bought one for her brand new house.

Nearly perfect

Functionality is perfect. Storage, 4 suction cups works perfect. Aesthetically there is room to make it perfect. The stainless steel finish shows every water spot and splash and this isn’t available in other finishes like matte black as other products are. Love this caddy regardless, I can mentally prioritize the function here!
