The best and high quality organic dill weed out there that is reasonably priced!! It has dill weed and nothing else. It has an amazing aroma . It is really soft and gives a sweet taste. The color of the dill is good too.. it is bright green. It doesn't look dried and dead. I use it in my dips, salads, gravies and marinations for fish. It is also amazing to season potatoes too. The bottle is cute and can easily fit on your counter top, shelf or drawer. I love simple mills spices. Highly recommend this dill.

This is hands down the best I have used in many, many years. In making 3 herb mixes as holiday gifts for friends who love to cook I was overly impressed by every organic herb from iHerb. Simply Organic is my preferred spice brand for several reasons - good quality spices in glass packaging, all are USDA certified organic, and the amount of herbs is always much larger than the amounts in the bottles at the grocery store - all for a similar price. Their dill is one of my favorites and always has so much flavor compared to other brands of dried dill that I have tried - it's a delicate herb that can lose its flavor easily if old or improperly dried. 10/10 will always repurchase this dill!
