Seasonal allergies and a deviated septum, here. Aside from medicated sprays which are meant to be limited use, this is the only thing Ive found that allows me to actually breathe through my nose while sleeping. It IS safe to use while pregnant. It IS only saline that comes out in a mist. I was actually understood and informed that everything was indeed real, I'm not crazy, not the only one, and my headaches have been referred to as 'suicide headaches.' Yep I suffer from 2 headaches in 1. Don't know how I got them, but I suffered for years before I had an official diagnosis and my life during that time was a nightmare. Anyway, this product at least helps to rid my nose of things I can't see and helps prevent an attack by assisting with reducing 1 trigger. So yes I recommend! Oh yeah I bought my kids each their own and i help them and it helps them to breathe better too!

I like everything about this nasal spray. I can't think of one thing that I dislike. It's easy to use and it's a nasal mist,not spray. My sinuses get super dry and this is the only thing I've found to really help me. Its drug free and has no extra additives,even a pregnant woman can use it. It helps prevent dry nose bleeds,promotes better sleep and clears congestion. It moisturizes the dry parts on the inside and flushing irritants. It's safe enough to be used everyday and it's instant relief.

Excellent product - deceptive packaging

Excellent product. Definitely works to keep nasal passages free. HOWEVER, I am not pleased with their new and improved packaging overkill where the package gives the illusion there's room for two but alas, only one exists Seems like a waste of cardboard just to garner more sales. ALSO their child proof cap is terrible, even for adults. Wish they would make the opening directions a bit more readable without squinting and finding my strongest reading glasses. The cap finally broke so I was able to use it. I

I don't know about non-habit forming LOL. It's pretty addictive

I love being able to make my nose feel better at any time without "overmedicating" myself with the other nasal sprays. I also found that using the other sprays too much can result in headaches, possibly from overusing the medicine in it. I don't get that with this spray. The only thing is I'm almost out after about 4 days. I am a little sick now, so it's possible that I just need it more than the average person would need it. A second bottle's in my cart right now.

I've bought product for years! Works very well.

I have a lot of problems with my sinuses. Headaches, having to take a deep breath now and then as if I've been running or walking fast. One spray up each nostril works fast and improves breathing almost instantly. Can also do a "flush" with this spray and that helps a lot too. Kind of like one of those nanny pots I think they're called.

Its really works!

Because of the medication (IV infusions) I undergo every 3 months I have ZERO antibodies and must be extreme cautious and vigilant when Im out and have personal contact with others. I can honestly say this spray is a game changer for me! I under stand that even if Covid completely disappeared tomorrow, there are still airborne germs that could hoositaIize me and/or kill me, but when I do have close personal contact this spray added a level of extra security I truly needed. Yes I mask and follow all aseptic technics, but this spray has afforded me the chance to have much more freedom in my life since it provides me with an additional layer of protection not only from Covid, buy also protection from many other airborne illnesses. Much needed temporary relief

My child recently started daycare and the amount of sinus infections I have had to endure has been very painful. This saline spray has been extremely helpful with moving out mucus and opening up my nose to be able to breath. Its temporary relief but its helps a lot!I now keep it in stock all the time! I just wish it came in a bigger size.

Pregnancy safe

I love this nasal spray. I’m currently pregnant and avoiding my usual Flonase that had steroids in it. Saline nose spray is safe and I have had nasal congestion from the pregnancy for many months now. This comes out in a mist which I like more that a spay that you pump. I just bought my second bottle. Definitely recommend for dry nose or nasal congestion.

Very expensive, but worth it

The product was shipped and arrived quickly. It's very expensive, but glad we have it for covid control/protection. It's easy to use. A quick spray in each nostril after a possible exposure while shopping, or after an indoor event, etc. It's not a cure, but it helps to reduce viral load in the nasal passages where the covid virus replicates. The expiration date is a full year out.
