Excellent doona, light but keeps you warm and It literally does as it says, no sweating.Both my wife and I are sleeping much better, I won’t be having anything other than wool from now on.Minor complaint is the outer fabric makes a bit of rustling noise. Doesn’t put me off.Great buy.

I bought it especially for the summertime as the winter quilt I have was making me sweat and this in turn made me continuously wake during the night. I bought the 200GSM quilt and now no more sweating and continuous sleep. Great
