This is probably one of the best cages I've ever bought. It comes with the HDMI mount to secure connection. And you're able to use half the cage if you want. It also comes with a magnetic screwdriver for mounting the cage to the camera.Being able to add a strap to the side adds to the security of holding the camera without fear of dropping it. I usually don't like relying on the grip alone when walking around with a camera. The strap is a must have moving forward.

After assembling the cage on my FX30 a couple of things jumped out to me.1. There is no locking mechanism on the leather handle. Thus without some jiggering of the strap your camera will hit the ground! You will have to double the strap back through the buckle which then makes the strap look bulky and unattractive.2. I wish the handle had a record button on it so that you could activate record while your hand is on the handle.Would I recommend this product? Yes, but understand it is a (light weight) budget cage with a minimum set of features but good value for the money.
