I cannot rave enough about this serum. I honestly just thought… oaky fancy serum, I’ll try it… it might help my skin. I had no idea that it would work so fast! This serum is amazing! SK-II Pitera is an absolutely amazing product with real visible results! I am a 45 year old Caucasian female with combination skin, some wrinkles forming on my forehead and at the corners of my eyes, and a few minimal dark spots. I wanted a product with real results, not a placebo that did not live up to my expectations. In this case; the product is spendy, however, is worth every penny! My skin looks up to 10 years younger! My dark spots are fading and my skin feels so soft with a youthful glow! I did not receive any promotions. I did my own research to determine if I wanted to purchase the product. The essence is a nice consistency that is easy to spread across the face, and I found it to have virtually no scent. The instructions say to use one to two pumps, so the first time I used it, I used a full pump. I felt that it was more than was necessary for me to use. 4 drops does the trick for me. There is a slight bit of tackiness after using, but that dissipates pretty quickly. I found the product to be easy to use with my skincare regimen. This product was light and didn’t have a strong smell. After about two weeks of consistent usage, I noticed my skin felt softer to the touch and had a dewy look. After another two weeks of consistent usage, I noticed my skin looking more even and the fine lines becoming less and less noticeable. Those sun spots and even some acne scars are becoming less prominent and my skin is looking healthier with continued use. Spot Essence works wonders!

I have had dark spots & melasma on the top of my cheek bones for about 8 years now, since my first pregnancy. This essence has truly been transforming the spots away. I've noticed that the spots are slowly fading each week! I need less concealer to hide these spots, which has been so nice. My skin also feels very re-nourished and protected by the product, which I have been applying each night and morning (wears well under my makeup).The packaging feels very high quality - a heavy glass bottle, coated in a pearlescent white sheen. The dropper system built in is quite self-efficient and you simply press down on the top of the bottle for the perfect amount to cover your face. The product is marketed as an age spot reducer and skin brightener. I don't think my skin is any duller than when I started using it, but I wouldn't say it's noticeably brighter either! I'm wondering if there would be a more pronounced effect in the winter when my skin is dull and needs a boost.
