Why would you make a shoe for work environments so flawed? Having experienced the comfort of your deluxe walker, I had high expectations for this shoe. HUGE FAIL.

I purchased this item over a month ago and sent it as a gift for my cousin (all the way to KENYA), and when it reached and opened the parcel, out came 2different pairs of shoes !!!! Of course they were the right and left shoe but of different designs!Is there no protocol you follow when dispatching goods ?If so, have you employed illiterate staff to do this ?What do I tell my cousin, after paying for international freight ??What must he be thinking of the people working in the UK ??
