The Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a mild PHA toner that exfoliates, moisturizes and brightens at the same time. The product contains 84% centella asiatica extract, hyaluronic acid, betaine, among other brightening and anti-aging ingredients for a fresh, supple, wrinkle-free finish. The high-quality Centella extract delivers intense hydration to irritated skin and provides relief for conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis. The combination of hyaluronic acid and betaine imparts an exceptionally soft and supple complexion to the skin. PHA (Polyhydroxy Acids) remove dead skin cells without irritating the skin, resulting in a smoother, brighter appearance.
