SkinBetter Science AlphaRet Intensive Overnight Face Cream 30ml

I have reactive skin that hates fragrance, essential oils, AHAs that are too strong and prescription retinoids. I hesitantly tried this (very pricey) product because while I am sensitive, I still want clear, youthful skin! I am able to use this product every night with zero irritation. After just 3 weeks of use, I’m seeing clearer skin, more even tone, and smoother texture. I know it takes time for the results to show for wrinkles, but I am very optimistic. If you have sensitive skin and thought you couldn’t use powerful retinols, this is your new friend!

Muy confidence when I leave the house w/ no makeup has definitely gone up, I’ve had so many friends/family ask if I had a facial and/or chemical peel; when in fact I wash muy Face with this cleanser every AM/PM, the eye neck cream AM/PM, tone correcting serumAM/PM, alphaRet peel pads 1-2x a week, The AlphaRet Clearing Syrum (PM Only) In Southern California…specifically the SYNERCHI San Diego Med Spa locations carry the ENTIRE brand. This definitely goes above and beyond five stars it definitely deserves 100 stars and it is specifically for all skin types including combination… But if anybody else has tried this I’d like to know how it’s worked for you and if you had the same positive/amazing experience with it as I did. And a little bit goes a long way so I don’t have to use a bunch of it at once and it should last me about six months… Till then I should be saving up $500 for when I run out

My honest review after using for 4 months every single night: I am 64. My skin isn't bad at all for my age, but I do have forehead lines and some lines emerging under eyes. While this doesnt irritate at all, and the dispenser is nice, those are the only pros! I have used this religiously for 4 months: My skin tone is NOT more even. My pores are NOT smaller My skin is NOT more plump or dewy or healthy looking. My forehead lines are NOT faded. My horizontal forehead lines are WORSE and I even developed another one! My upper cheekbone lower eye area also has NOT seen faded lines AND has also developed a couple more as well. This is hands down one of the best retinols I’ve used. It doesn’t dry out my skin at all and makes your skin look plump and hydrated. I’ve noticed a difference in my texture when using this product and the elasticity of my skin. Highly recommend anything from this brand!

This is what my esthetician recommended in office when I asked for Tretinoin. I made a few mistakes that I want to warn you all about in order to maximize this product. It does have a patented formula, but the intensity of this, even for me, made my skin a little sensitive. I was failing to use SPF during the days in the winter, I was using way too many other products, etc., which Tretinoin likes to work almost alone. It can add irritation when you add other formulas or too much in general. I am still paying for it. Also, don't rush it!! Use a TINY, pea sized amount, only use it 2 times a week. After 2 weeks, change to 3 times a week, after 2 weeks, bump it up to 4-5 times, and so on and so on. This will prevent some of what I just experienced.

When I got home I was convinced it wasn’t going to work because the brand has a such a limited number of products. Boy was I wrong, this is hands down THE BEST nighttime cream I have ever used. This was the first ever retinol I used and it changed my skin for the better. My face felt smoother, my breakouts are becoming non-existent and I had an overall glow to my complexion. It never caused me to purge like most retinols do. I can’t recommend this product enough! SkinBetter is an amazing skincare line that I have used for almost 2 years now.

I was introduced to this line by my gf who owns a med spa. They are no frills, simple and in one word: effective! The whole line is amazing, but I definitely love this overnight repair. After a few weeks of not taking great care of myself, I used this 3 nights consecutively and noticed a huge improvement in tone and texture!
