I received this as part of a beauty loop. I am always grateful when companies provide samples of a reasonable size to allow you to properly try them. I haven't used this much, but liked it enough to buy the full size product. It feels nice and sits well under makeup.

I love all of the Skinstituit range. The moisturiser sinks into my skin. Sometimes for extra indulgence I add one drop of the multi-active oil. My make-up is easily applied over this lovely moisturiser.

Skinstitut products are the best facial products I have ever used. My skin improved within 3 days of using it. The moisture defence is just perfect after you cleanse, you only need a pea size amount and it leaves your skin so silky and smooth feeling. I am absolutely in love with Skinstitut, I highly recommend them I’m so happy I finally found product that works for me

I love this product!I was using the moisture defence ultra but I found it to be too thick and greasy.I much prefer the normal one, it is much lighter and absorbs a lot better leaving my skin feeling lovely.
I’ve tried many different moisturisers from different brands but this is my favourite. Feels light weight so it’s super wearable yet keeps my skin feeling hydrated. Use this day and night.
It is a nice moisturiser for an okay price however it hasn’t lived up to its description for me. I haven’t noticed on different with my congestion or pore size. It leaves my skin feeling a bit tacky. It’s been good but not great.
I've used all of the moisture defence, depending on what my skin needs at the time. It's a lovely formula, feels hydrating enough without being too thick. Absorbs into the skin immediately and doesn't leave any oily residue. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for the price of such a small amount. I tend to use this only in the evening as it feels too pricey to use twice a day.
As a healthcare worker required to wear PPE all day, my face suffers a lot! I have acne prone skin and get super oily at work. I love anything with Niacinimide, as it is one of my favourite skin care ingredients. This moisturiser is a nice consistency, very lightweight, not a heavy cream and does absorb into the skin very fast however when it’s completely absorbed it leaves a tacky feeling. I always put sunscreen on top which eliminates the tackiness. Ive noticed a slight change in my skin. I’m not breaking out as often, my skin hasn’t been as oily either. Its still early stages so we’ll see what happens. Other than that, I really like this moisture but wish it’d come in a bigger size.
As a woman in my 50s, I'm aware my skin needs a little more love than I've given it up to now. I used to purchase what ever cheap product wouldn't irritate my skin. A friend recommended the Moisture Defence to me and I normally wouldn't pay $49 for a moisturiser. However, it is now going to be my forever moisturiser. It is the softest, most nourishing and hydrating product I have ever used. And in just 6 weeks I have noticed a huge difference in the quality of my skin. Others have noticed to. A beautiful product that worked so well, I also use the Scrub now too, appreciating that investing in my skin care products is a gift to myself.
I have combination skin and mostly oily in the T-zone, so I thought that this cream would be the best way to go to try this brand. I thought the normal skin option would be better than the cream for oily skin. I found that it was a little heavy for me for during the day and I didn't like the way it felt under makeup. I then started using this product at night only. I found it a little greasy but did not bother me for a night cream only. It is a nice cream. The cream only has a minimal scent and it is not overpowering. Whilst it is not a bad moisturising cream there are others in my collection that I would reach to first.Definitely worth trying if you like the other products in the range.
