Loved this easy to clean changing pad! Used this for our baby's first diaper change and can't imagine doing anything else. It's easy to move around on any dresser or surface. Poo or pee accidents are easily cleaned and the cushion is soft enough to cradle baby's body and head. We have a double coated pup at home and changing baby on the bed or any non-raised surface is not an option. No need for pad cushions or unnecessary loads of laundry.

I will forever recommend this to parents. I'm so glad I got this as a first time mom, because I could not imagine having to wash changing pad sheets along with the million other things I already have to clean. Babies are VERY messy and being able to wipe this down after makes things so much easier. The only complaint is that because of the material it can be a bit cold on baby's bum so sometimes I'll leave a soft blanket on there. Also the mobile kept baby entertained for a while but then he started learning that he can kick it (very hard lol) so i removed it. Other than that I love this and hope to use it for a while.

This is a simple, yet stylish changing pad. What I really like about it is that I do not have to do any extra laundry. No changing pad covers are needed. The pad is able to be easily wiped down and cleaned. The pad is pretty large, so I would recommend measuring your changing table before purchasing this. The pad is a lot softer than I expected, which is nice. There is a removable bar that has a little toy for baby to look at while they are being changed. If you don’t want it on, it is removable. They have also included a little safety belt so that your little one is secure while they are being changed. So far, this has worked well in our nursery and matches our décor nicely. I would recommend this changing pad.

My husband and I say all the time how thankful we are that we got this changing table over other options! It’s a cheaper alternative to the keekaroo peanut - which we loved h the look of but could not justify spending that much money on. We love that you can easily wipe down this changing pad, unlike other fabric changing pads. I couldn’t imagine how much laundry I would be doing if I purchased a fabric changing pad over this one. It does sometimes stain, but it hasn’t been noticeable so far. Overall I highly recommend this product and would choose it all over again!
I got the first one elsewhere via a registry gift. It had glitter all over it. Carter's refunded me for that one. I then purchased 2 more straight from Carter's (at their suggestion), both of which had glitter on them (and which Carter's refunded). I then went to a store to buy one in person, and that one had glitter on it, too. Throughout this ordeal, I've been in contact with Carter's who told me the glitter is from a manufacturing defect that has been corrected. However they are unable to send me a product that has a date code AFTER the manufacturing fix was implemented. So until stock is cleared out everywhere, you're going to have high likelihood of glitter on your changing pad. I couldn't clean the glitter off, either, and it does rub off on skin and clothes...

I feel like this pad is just that, a more affordable version of the peanut. I have a friend that has the peanut and the material seems a little better on the peanut than this but again the peanut is more money so sure it may be made a little better, but this one does the job. But the mobile is easily removable so that's not an issue however it does have a metal support for the mobile going across the center of the pad which I don't love because I can see how it can scratch the wood counter top on his dresser but I just put one of his swaddles under the pad and I haven't noticed any scratching. Also the sides are a little low which isn't an issue right now since he is not yet rolling but he isn't left alone while getting changed anyway, I just always make sure I have one hand on him at all times and I don't have an issue. Overall really like this changing pad and would highly recommend it!
I received this for my baby shower. Originally I had the kekaroo peanut changer on my registry instead but it sold out so I replaced it with this one. When I unboxed it I was a bit shocked that there is a metal bar that runs across the bottom of it. I was planning on using this on top of my baby's new dresser but was nervous it would scratch it up. You may be able to put something under the metal bar to protect your furniture. However, the mat also didn't lay flat and it did move around pretty easily on the dresser, which also made me nervous due to safety issues. I ended up finding the kekaroo in stock on the manufacturers website and just received it. It's much more supportive and soft than this one. I'm very happy I made the decision to exchange this product.
We absolutely love this changing pad. We actually have it in grey too but the new oat color was much more aesthetically appealing so we wanted to replace the grey and use the grey one elsewhere in our home. The material of the mat is great, easy to wipe up and I’m comfortable laying my little one's head on it without worrying if it's too hard. It also has a really nice grip. We keep ours on a hard wooden surface and we’d never had it move. The mobile is cute but it’s not necessary. I appreciate that I can easily remove it because it does get in my way sometimes. This mat is really great and I’m happy to own two. It’s been perfect for our little one.
I was really excited to get this changing table mat unfortunately the material is thinner than I thought and when placing a newborn on it, it’s too hard. I place a blanket and a changing top pad just to give my baby comfort without this baby’s head would bang on the pad. I gave it 3 starts because my baby loved the sun and moon toys I also like the aesthetic. I will be removed the blanket and cloth soon as he will be 3 months soon and I will become more unsafe. The sides should go higher up as well for safe the seatbelt is not enough.
Love our SKIP*HOP® NURSERY STYLE™ wipe-clean changing pad. My almost 2 yr old grandson(with little interest in potty training yet ugh) has become so wriggly and heavy for this GiGi to lift for a fresh diaper change so I now have him lay on the floor, couch, bed, whichever is closest lol- but I hate those sticky staining plastic changing pads that you throw in a diaper bag and just a towel or sheet is too risky, so this wonderfully thick firm foamy pad is perfect! The contoured sides keep him from being able to roll away and escape as fast as he can laying flat, and the bottom is flat so he doesn't get all contorted and make his body difficult to wipe messes clean.
