I bought this and was very happy with the product, then one of the clips broke. I found that I could use a zip-tie or a shoelace to attach the strap to the rim. Then one of the clips broke and the strap became frayed in the middle and I have not come up with a solution that will not eliminate the rotating feature (which is the primary selling point). I cannot find a replacement part.

My grandson loves it. He has talked about one for a long time and really likes not having to run after the ball. It was of good quality, nice and sturdy.

I have used this for the past few days and It works but with a lot of conditions.1. it is hard to get on to the net and to remove it2. unless you're 6 2 or taller you're going to have a hard time rotating it3. If you are using this for shots longer than 15 feet the ball will be rolling on the ground when it gets to you4. the ball takes a long time to get back to you5. as you take shots it slowly will rotate because of the ball hitting itIt works, but just buy something with a net-based system if you are really serious. unless you just like making ten foot shots and waiting three seconds to get them back, don't buy this.

This thing is great for rhythm shooting and increasing the number of shots you can get up in your workout. I've been using it on an outdoor rim for a solid month now, and the thick, heavy plastic chute and nylon straps are all holding up well.One minor gripe is that the clips that attach to the rim pop off fairly easily, but if you secure each clip to the rim with a couple of plastic zip ties, they'll stay in place for weeks.Highly recommended!
Came unhooked in the first fifteen minutes of use. Can't be turned by anyone less than AT LEAST six feet tall. The instructions read not to leave it outside for extended periods of time. So, we have to take it down all the time?? Between all of this, AND I can see the plastic parts won't last long, I don't think it's worth the $50. Unfortunately, my son is disappointed, and I wasted my money.
Got this product for my son always playing basketball chasing the ball when he misses. This product design is poor. It took us an hour to assemble this and it was very difficult. When we put it on the hoop it shook around a lot and instead of smoothly going through the ball return it bounced through and never went where it was supposed to. I am going to try to experiment with it a little but if it doesn't make it better I am definitely returning this.
Poor craftsmanship.... quality control... broke within the first 15 shots. We were just working on short 10 feet release and control shots, very low impact. The ball return was okay, beats the ball falling away when doing reps, not the greatest but usable. However the threading broke and came a part on one of the straps. We can probably sew it back together and probably will, but I cannot recommend this product based on that.Return period over since we got over winter.
Bought this for my 13 year old son. He has had it for about 2 weeks and he likes it so far. Was easy to assemble and he uses it pretty regularly. Easy to take off and out on rim too. Time will tell how it holds you
Works great when the tabs/hooks stay on the rim... But after a few made shots they tend to pop off... Whether you're hitting a swish or hitting the back rim and making the shot, it just pops off. One time 2 out of the 4 tabs/hooks popped off from one made shot. Also rotating the Kick out isn't as easy as they show it on video either...It's a great concept but frustrated when the tabs/hooks start coming off and I have to constantly lower my court to tab them back in...
This piece fell apart five times in a row. My husband has had to find innovative ways to repair it, by tying it to the hoop, drilling it to the hoop and nailing it to the hoop. Honestly, It is a piece of junk. Worth $5 not $55. Sorry!
