The drops are a perfect size and can be quickly eaten even if you are on the rivet. Sport Energy Chews are an easy and convenient source of carbohydrates to help maintain blood sugar and performance during prolonged exercise. A single pouch contains ten drops for up two 80 calorie servings.

I never liked gels, and the energy chews I had before trying these were full of strange ingredients. And some sugar, but maybe things I wouldn't normally want to eat. My local bike shop recommended these, and I wasn't completely sold until I tasted them. They have an outer coating of something that not only keeps them from sticking together, it also has a bit of mouth-watering tang. The taste buds wake up and want more! Then the delicious, chewy - but not sticky - center part. They taste good, but are not so strong that you feel you need to brush your teeth afterwards, I used them for bonk recovery (not recommended, but they got me going) and to prevent aforementioned bonk.

I had all but given up on longer running events, mostly because I couldnt find fuel that didnt **** my stomach. You name it, I tried to eat it, to no avail. At last, I found these babies, and let me tell you - game changer. Not only do they taste so good Im still looking forward to them my last mile, they sit beautifully on my stomach. Nary a cramp or a grumble, and no urgent bathroom stops. Did I mention they taste amazing? I find myself finishing the bag after my run instead of dumping the rest in the nearest trash receptacle. 10/10 recommend.

I just spent 4-days in the Adirondacks hiking and rafting. 10-12 miles a day hiking, some bushwhacking, and 15 miles of rafting down the Hudson River. Along with plenty of water, and a healthy lunch I counted on three other things in my day pack: sport energy chews (raspberry and matcha green tea & lemon), anytime energy bars (chocolate chips and almonds), and exercise hydration mix (pineapple). I had (2) 32 oz bottles, one with just water and the other with hydration mix. My energy never wavered, I always had a quick pick-me-up on the ascents, and I never felt like I was dehydrated from the efforts of the day. Oh, I almost forgot, I had "four" things... at the end of the cay in camp, I enjoyed the sport recovery drink mix (chocolate) in another 16-oz of water. I discovered Skratch Labs while cycling - but now I take them everywhere! Thanks guys! You rawk!

I can't use gels when I run and I've tried every kind of energy chew or "block" on the market and none compare to these. I love the Skratch Energy Chews! They are just the right size and more importantly they dissolve quickly. Unlike other brands where you have to chew and chew and chew and they don't seem to dissolve these after a couple of chews dissolve nicely. I use these when running half marathons and they are great. They are nicely coated in sugar which is not bad if you're burning a ton of calories or energy and after a few minutes you can feel the energy kick. If you're frustrated trying to find a good energy chew, try these, they will not disappoint. Any chance we can get these in Passion Fruit flavor?

Sour cherry flavour were great - not sickly or over sweet . The sour flavour very refreshing on humid long runsAlso dissolved in the mouth easily . 100% buying again for use in training and ultras

Great hydration drink - tastes good and well tolerated
30 August 2021

Not that I'm any expert on sports hydration, but I relied upon this (plus straight water) during my first Imperial Century (100mi/161km) Tour de Cure ride and really enjoyed it. Less chemical flavour and cloying sweetness than that "other" popular sports drink, and the complex lemon/match flavour was better tolerated than the artificial flavours in most other sports drinks.

Great snack!
25 January 2023

Brought these on a 12 mile snowshoe after a fresh snowfall. By far the best snack of the group. We felt pretty zonked after the trip so it’s tough to say how much energy these provided but I’d recommend them for any hike/trip. Tasted great and not chalky

Just ok, depending on your use case

Taste is alright but pretty light on the orange. You get more of the grape base than an intense orange flavour. But for some the lighter taste might be preferable to the sometimes sickly sweet alternatives.Comes in a pretty standard package. Not the easiest to get out when on the bike and a bit of moisture makes them stick in the package /to themselves. Blocks are way easier to pop out while riding with one hand.So decent, not ideal but also be just what you are looking for.

Mediocre at best
15 March 2023

Please know that I tried these solely out of curiosity taste wise, and did not use during any endurance activities. That being said, these aren't the worst and aren't the greatest either. They do taste overly of citrus and not so much matcha, but for some reason reminded me of a really scented soap. They were much better than other energy chews texture wise, and did not upset my stomach at all. Overall, I would eat again if I had no other choice, but I probably wouldn't buy them again.

convenient and tasty!

unusually tasty and convenient! A green tea product that actually taste like green tea and not muddy lemonade. Will be purchasing more for quick energy during ecological fieldwork and cycle trips.
