Product is great far better than the first generation however, I don’t understand why I am still waiting to receive the product that I ordered. I understand there was some issue with UPS and a stolen package from the employee and so I went and purchased another pair from Walmart and like I said they’re fantastic way way better than the first generation which was already fantastic. I just dislike the fact that I paid for express two day shipping for $25 and it’s been almost 2 1/2 weeks since I initially placed my order and the shipping date just continues to get pushed back further and further. Other than that I would recommend this product to anyone I just wish this issue wouldn’t happened to anyone else because it has been a headache.

This is my third pair of Crushers. No other headphones compare. I do like the updated features like the switch for ANC or stay aware. but I do not like the red button in my opinion it just looks cheap I wish it was black. The only other issue that I wish was different is the ear cups swivel and lay flat, when they swivel on my head they seem to fall off when I am bench pressing or just laying down stretching. These also have voice command which I dont really feel like anyone is going to use especially since you have to have the Skullcandy IQ app opened in the background. the volume buttons are programable through the app so you can longpress and change the track. For best sound you need to download the Skull-iQ application, update the firmware and at least increase the treble a couple of ticks in the custom equalizer. To enhance the soundstage and dynamics further you need to run through the Personal Sound test in a very quiet room and follow the instructions. The bass slider provides you with an excessive amount of haptic bass headroom. Feel the music.They are well built, feel great in the hands and are very comfortable to wear. I am an honest reviewer of items. I don't work for anybody and I have no conflicts of interest. I just a guy who likes ANC headphones and I'm going to tell you the truth here as I see it. The headphones are good build, comfy, great sound, charge fast, great battery, great app, etc., etc., EXCEPT the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) is TERRIBLE. Period. Please belive me and no the others saying it's good. Those are promotional reviews. Mine in a REAL purchase with MY money and I'll be returning them TOMORROW. I wanted good ANC. These are BAD ANC. So disappointed.
Skullcandy has a magnificent warranty and after honoring it because of the phone on my crusher wireless they were out of stock so they sent me a credit for a little more than what I paid for them. They were out of stock of my crushers so I upgraded to these. They are lighter and have swivel and fold features. The LED power button is a welcome addition and they don't lack power and sound clarity. Typically I don't like change but this was a welcome change for the extra price to upgrade. I'm Skullcandy for life!
Awesome pair of headphones. Continues the growing legacy that Skullcandy currently has. Comfortable. Still can get a little hot, but that might just be my own perception. Sound is excellent. ANC is more than good enough. And even if it wasn't good enough, the crusher bass eliminates any outside noise. I do wish the crusher bass was still controlled with a more physical sensory small dial control, but the push button with the electronically controlling scroll is okay. Very happy with purchase.

As part of Skull-IQ updates, Skullcandy even added the Alexa voice assistant as a new feature, and both can be used just by saying different wake words. There are also solid onboard tactile button controls, which provide very reliable and easy to use control over devices. I enjoy that these controls are fully customizable in the excellent app. Overall, I love these because they sound very unique and immersive, while being more convenient and smarter than other headphones.
As an owner of the original ANC's, I was very excited for the new product. Unfortunately I felt that the sensory bass was very muddy and not crisp at all. Also, the vocals were so drowned out I couldn't hear them most of the time. I expected better, so I returned these and will keep using the originals until they die. The ANC 2's were built very nicely, much better than the originals and they were definitely more comfortable. The app is significantly improved over the old one as well. But at the end of the day, sound quality is the most important part for me and these were not up to par.
