Patient, understandable explanations - service from friendly staff.Set up was straight forward - read instructions first.Telescope is robust and sturdy.Quality seems in sync with the price.We looked at (I pressume) Venus on the first trial.Great clarity and quite exciting.Looking forwards to getting to understand and utilise the Telescope further.
