So far this scope has been perfect! I have not used for visual at all. Upon receiving I installed ASI294MC Pro, ZWO filter drawer, EAF focuser and ASIAIR Pro. I used the included 9x50 finder scope as a guide scope by unscrewing the diagonal and 3D printing an adapter for an ASI290MM. This all rides easily on a Skywatcher EQ6R-Pro. I absolutely love the scope and setup. I can precisely polar align in about 3 mins, select a target, and go to bed. Tracking is super accurate and the meridian flip happens automatically. Next morning I'm blessed with a USB drive filled with tack sharp images. I've used the scope now for hundreds of exposures over dozens of targets and every time it seems to just work and produces great images right to the edge of the field. Just started using but already noticing the increase in detail. After years of SCT and HyperStar in an attempt to make a quality imaging scope, the Esprit is the real deal. Quality piece of equipment. Usual great Agena service and shipping. Can’t go wrong with this scope

After some research and talking to other owners, I went ahead and bought this scope. It's an excellent scope with sharp images from edge to edge and a very nice and smooth focuser. This is a very complete package. Mine came with: a nice hard case, field flattener (essential for imaging), a 48mm Canon T-ring, and a 2 90 degree diagonal with an adapter for 1.25 eyepieces, a 50mm finder scope with diagonal and a tube rings with dovetail bar. Many competitors don't include these accessories and you have purchase them separately. I mostly use the scope for deep sky astrophotography.I wish it came with a top plate for mounting a guide scope.

Tripod cover is heavy duty and easy to place on the tripod, even with accessories like the hand controller and dew band controller still installed on the legs of the tripod. Velcro is thick and secure. I just make sure I put the velcro over a leg that doesn't have any accessories attached in case of a leak. I don't feel the need to use the clips to keep the cover in place as its own weight is enough.
Received this scope a few weeks ago and have done 3 imaging sessions which worked out well. A great FOV which appears flat right to the corners. Optics were well collimated and threaded connections generated a perfect planarity with my camera sensor.Especially liked that Sky Watcher provides the proper field flattener with the scope without requiring a separate purchase. Great value for the money for a 100 mm aperture telescope. Carry case is super sturdy and should provide protection during transport for a lifetime.Finder scope base is a bit lower in quality with a single thumbscrew for the finder bracket. This is a very, very nice telescope and well worth the price of admission. I also have a Tak FSQ106 EDXIII and it compares favorably to that telescope. The optics produce crisp views and the quality of the build is superb. I love the focuser as it is built like a tank and the hybrid design ensures that there would be no slipping even with a heavy imaging load. The included extras like the flattener, quality diagonal, adapters and case are just icing on the cake.

This is my second go around with Telegizmos 365 Covers, which replaced the ones I had for years. At night we get a lot of dampness at the beach, so these are really a necessity of you are going to keep your telescopes permanently mounted outside. My only regret is purchasing the tripod cover which I really didn’t need this time because I ordered a larger scope cover which covers the equatorial mount as well.
Expensive, but well worth it, Already had one for my Celestron SCT that has worked well for the past 5 yrs, this new one is for the Redcat 61 fully geared up for deep sky. No other cover saves your equipment this well from the elements, temps and moisture that I've ever used. The other cheap ones on the market are a waste of money, thin and do not protect your equipment from much of anything except dust.
I received the dovetail plate and it is very useful as a place to add accessories to my telescope. The unit has many holes to add accessories. The package was delivered as promised and arrived with no damage.
