I purchased these cases for my son to travel overseas, they look great & I like the security locks, but after returning the stitching had come apart on the big case, thankfully no items from the case were lost

Product ok, if all of my order got delivered! Customer service has been extremely poor. 2 out 3 suitcases delivered and I am STILL waiting on my 3rd. Mydeal are saying that 2 suitcases were in one box. Not the case! (No pun intended) Some answers would be nice! All I want is what I have paid for! A refund or my suitcase to arrive. Can I get some answers thanks?!

Surprisingly very poor quality, for its price. A whole wheel unscrewed completely on the second day of use. The zip inside was faulty upon opening. The handle started jamming after two weeks with minimal use at alll. Otherwise, shells intact and it’s relatively light.
