Smart TV TCL 75C745 75" 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED AMD FreeSync

The tv is fantastic. I bought this tv for gaming, I play both xbox and playstion and having the 144hz refresh rate available has made my gaming experience so much better.Games run smoothly and the picture quality is absolutely crystal clear. Lines and details are razor sharp, there is very little motion blur and the colours and blacks are deep and rich. The ultra low latency in game mode also gives you that small advantage when online. Button presses and inputs feel instant so responsive. This also carries over into movies and tv. The picture is absolutely fantastic, especially for a tv at this price. The features are that of a tv I'd have expected to pay at least double the price for.4 hdmi ports is a big selling point for me having both 4k tv and gaming ... MoreThe tv is fantastic. Amazing

At first I was very sceptical as it's a TCL but after heavy research I finally just decided to go with it. I was specifically after a dedicated gaming TV and I was not disappointed. Once I finally installed the TV on the wall I plugged my next gen console in and I was somewhat disappointed, colours were washed out, when the screen went dark you could see the backlights shining through the screen, the motion was blurry BUT the beauty about this TV it allowes for A LOT of tweaking in the settings, so I sat there for a few hours while I played constantly changing the settings and WOW I got it to where I wanted it and this TV is UNREAL. It plays 4k movies and games smoothly at 120hz and the graphics are so crisp, the colours pop and they're vibrant. An absolute bargain 4K Android TV & highly recommended.

I bought this TV on behalf of my friend who was looking for a new TV but has limited funds. The features are way beyond the price point, the picture quality out of the box are absolutely outstanding given the price. Setup was straightforward and signing in to an existing Google account meant installation of apps from the play store was a breeze. It needed no tweaking to the picture settings and automatically detected the firestick 4k and PS4 and chose the appropriate display settings for both gaming and Dolby vision content streamed via the Firestick.YouTube 4k content was crystal clear and again belies the price and was comparable to my own Samsung 4K TV.Blacks were deep black and watching EastEnders on BBC1 HD presented life-like skin tones and great depth of ... MoreI bought this TV on behalf of my friend who was looking for a new TV but has limited funds. Best value for this size TV

Had a cheaper brand 55 inch 4k TV. This is SO Much better. All the inputs and outputs you might want (Mine's connected to a hifi surround system). Picture isn't just bigger than before. It's much better quality! I've heard a few ppl complain about the remote, but I found it easy to get used to. And, I love the way all my streaming services are so easy to view. I had an Apple TV before, but that's no-longer needed. I'm sure there are better TV's with better quality pictures, but I doubt that I could detect the difference. This one is great!

Review of TCL 55C745K 55" Smart Google TV

Good Points: Image quality is good. I have obviously seen better but remember this is a budget gaming tv. For what you’re getting I had no complaints on image quality. The design was sleek and easy to put together. It felt stable and didn’t feel like it would wobble over. The audio was also clear and crisp. Changing from movies to gaming did make difference. The refresh rate was actually noticeable in gaming scenarios. Although the response rate of the tv was slightly slower than optimal it didn’t hinder my gaming experience whatsoever. The blacks were crisp and clean, and the light colours popped. There was little to no mushing of colours when movement occurred on screen.Improvement Points: The user interface was alright at best. Although the controller was responsive I didn’t enjoy how the tv would struggle to pick up my ps5 especially in HDMI 1. I would have to unplug and plug back in most times. I’m sure this is a simple software update because once it picked it up it worked fine.

Review of TCL 65C745K 65" Smart Google TV

I'll start with the negatives. It's utterly ridiculous that a television in the UK has no rights to the major national TV services app (BBC Iplayer and ITV). I am worried about possible underlying issues with quality control if something as basic as this was skipped. The sound is horrible to say the least. I understand that TV's have poor quality sounds but this one takes poor sound quality to a whole different level. My LG Nanocell sound output seem produced from a soundbar compared to this. 1 ⭐ for soundPositive : Fantastic picture quality, the good dark shades and brightness. I could barely notice any tearing. Ps5 gaming on this TV is dream. The FPS is amazing, thanks to the 120hz refresh rate. 4. 8 ⭐ for display The interface is pretty responsive compared to ... MoreI'll start with the negatives. In all, I think it's a good buy, if you can live with the horrible sound or get a sound bar. I have contacted customer care regarding the iplayer and ITV app issue. If there is no update to fix this., I'm afraid I'll have to return the TV. For me, there is no TV without BBC in the UK.
