SmartCat Corner Litter Box

I have two cats, one is a very long boy and while he has a extra large litter box, he sometimes decides that he needs to use the normal sized litter boxes. His rear hangs over the edge and I have to disinfect the laundry.I was dubious about this box which is not extra long. But somehow it's shape encourages him to get his rear into the right position.I now have 4 litter boxes for two cats, because the long boy has to 1) per ever time I clean the litter (3 - 4) times a day.And 2) he has to rotate between every litter box.

This tray fits perfectly in the corner, and the high sides do a good job preventing my cat from kicking her litter out. She is a small cat but she still climbs over the sides to use it without any issues. It has lines on the inside to indicate how much litter to use, which is helpful.

Fabulous invention!

Just adopted a new cat after our old much-loved one died 3 months ago at 15 and a half. We didn't know if he would use the new litter trays (I got 2, one for each corner of the bathroom), but he took to them almost immediately. No mess on floor, very little tracking, and great design which takes up much less space than the old trays I had for our much larger cat. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic litter box (but not for my cat)

Unfortunately, my cat never got the memo that she was supposed to aim at the tall sides of this litter box instead of the lower side where she steps in, so it's not really worked in this household.That being said, it is well made, it is solidly constructed from strong, thick plastic, and a great use of space. It will make an excellent plant pot for my balcony! I'm sure it works very well with other cats.

Fits room but still not tall enough

I have a small bathroom. The corner aspect of this box caught my eye and the taller sides sealed the deal for me. My one year old Siamese cat buries his business deep, so he could turn the old box into beachfront property. This new box is definitely an improvement but my smarty cat is still able to kick the litter out, particularly out the shorter front.Rather than build a custom box out of a deep plastic tote (which I've seriously considered) I'll first try using a cheap area rug under this box and vacuum more frequently.A lid might be good, but was not an option when I bought it. However Remy currently uses the sides as front paw rests, so I think he'd object to a shorter than he cave.Incidentally, I use flushable litter which I clean out twice a day, and feed ... MoreI have a small bathroom. Great for rabbits!

Bought this for my indoor rabbit. Was the only corner tray he could not urinate over the sides of. Fits well in the corner. Strong material and easy to clean. Worthy investment!

Great litter tray - super roomy!

This litter tray is great, fits perfectly into a corner, and it has solved the problem of my cat peeing over the sides and onto the floor with the high sides. It's also deeper and holds a bit more kitty litter than a standard tray, allowing for the clay clumping litter we use to work better and not stick to the tray. Might buy another one!

Sleek and sturdy

Very happy with this item. The cats started using it straight away. Solid and sturdy - the high sides keep everything in, even with the cat that sometimes has accidents over the side of regular litter trays. Nice clean lines make it easy to change and clean. The corner design fits neatly in the corner and frees up floorspace, even though it's a generous size litter tray. I was considering buying a corner litter tray for a long time - really glad I finally did it. Would definitely buy again.

Very good

This is the second one I have bought. Pussycat is much happier with these trays. I’m much happier as there is much less kitty litter kicked out of the tray for me to pick up.It is a big tray with high walls. Very happy

Vet good

Pussycat is very happy with this item. She is 17 and has trouble getting down low. She backs up in the corner, the nice high sides are keeping things clean and tidy, and were it's supposed to beMuch less kitty litter escaping the tray for me to clean up, after she scratches aboutThe grey colour is good.
