I placed an order on the 29th but the seller only shipped it out on the 4th, which is two days past the ship by date. When I inquired about it and requested for a cancellation, they blatantly refused and said that they can't cancel it because it's out of the warehouse. However, once it was shipped, it only took 6 days for the phone to reach me, which is fast imo.The phone itself was received in good condition. It comes with a 2 pin charger and a clear tpu casing. It does not have earphones but that's okay.1 month + into using this phone for daily usage + games (Mobile Legends, Bleach Brave Souls), the apps run quite smoothly. It also only takes about 45 minutes ish for my phone to fully charge on 35%. STAY AWAY ! FRAUD ALERT !Bought this phone along with accessory Package D. The crooked seller sent me Package B instead and even this cheaper package is missing items ! The accessories are pure garbage. I repeat: PURE GARBAGE - the kind you buy on Taobao or Alibaba in bulk 5 RM per 1 kg.Consider yourself warned - do NOT buy from this charlatan. To recap:1. Missing accessories.2. Absolute garbage accessories, not worth a fraction of the extra he charges for them.3. I contacted the FRAUDSTER and THIEF seller 3 times and he is not answering.I wish I checked his feedback before buying from this crooked seller. Xiaomi delivers again with a phone that has great spec's and features for the price point.I like having the dual sim and space to put in a SD card and didn't think I needed 5g for my daily use. The battery and charging is quick and solid, cameras are more than ample with dual 50mp, it has crisp colours in the display on a screen that is manageable for a pocket and daily use over many apps. Transferring over from an older Xiaomi (the 8T) to this was seamless process when I bought it 2 weeks ago.Simply put - I love this phone. It feels like a little known secrete and I can't fathom why more people don't own one.

While this model lacks NFC and Bluetooth 5.2 unfortunately, in most other areas, the Note 12 4G model excels for the price. Coming from a 4GB RAM phone to this one with 6GB and Android 11 to 13, I'm looking forward to a much more stable and responsive experience for the next few years.I do wish they made phones with smaller displays though, it can feel a bit unwieldy! But that is offset but how ridiculously light the weight of the phone is, thanks to the plastic case design. Paired with a glass screen protector and soft case, I don't think this would be any issue though.Recommended.

Quality:everything is ok except for the camera.Performance:camera quality depends on good lighting. video is a bit blurry and noisy but ok.As a mid range buyer. It's a good quality phone. Don't expect too much with the budget you have. It's usable and i am happy with it. They say for warranty cover nationwide, just bring your receipt and the evidence to the official service store to redeem if you have a problem with ur phone. The courier service delivers in good condition. Overall if you're interested in buying with the budget u have, I recommend it. Battery depends on screen time. Less screen time, less battery used and vice versa.I reviewed after 2 weeks of usage.
