We read the many reviews online before we purchased but thought they must be being too critical. We are so regretful of not taking them more seriously. This machine is such a disappointment. Quite simply it is not fit for purpose. It cannot heat the milk to over 38 degrees, any guests complain the coffee is cold, we literally have to microwave it before we serve it. We’ve had SMEG out but they have said there’s nothing wrong. We should’ve listened to the reviews. Most others find the same problem.
