Overall the service from Appliances Online was good. The delivery was on the stated date and the delivery team were polite and helpful. One issue is outstanding is that there appears to be a fault on the oven temperature switch.
The unit was delivered on time in a good condition and professionally installed and working fine.
I cant help cook again after cringing at my old oven as it fell apart. This oven os smaller - fits the size of my kitchen better and i love everything about it.If i have to do a “lock in” in this crazy covid era - at least it’ll be with my new Smeg!
Just replaced our old cooker with this and I love cooking again, I actually was able to roast beautiful potatoes, my family are shocked as in the last oven they were never a success. It looks great and is easy to use. Love the telescopic tray as I have arthritis in my hands. Highly recommend this product
Overall happy with appliance, but feel that oven is taken up by panels on each side, making it look & be much smaller than 70cm.
Simple operation
Its a good range works well, but after 2nd use the oven light stays on...already booked a service call. The storage compartment door appears twisted..assume poor quality check......not a lot of info in user manual...no trouble shooting section....so far so good....
