The product is expensive for what you get. There is good weight to the tamper and it is well made. The mat is useful although there are no instructions on the purpose of the indentations on the mat.
Great product makes a better cup of coffee than the plastic one I was using it’s a nice piece sitting on my machine would recommend to anyone looking for one.
This is really handy and works really well for me. It lives near my sink so that I am not making a mess in the kitchen.
A little disappointed that smeg didn’t come with a tamper but this fixes that issue. A mat and tamper set
