We had been to numerous furniture stores looking for the right couches for our home but struggled to find one that was comfortable, within our budget and one that would fit into our colour scheme. We walked into Fantastic Furniture looking for a bed for our son and decided to try sitting on some of their couches. They were right up there in comfort as the $5000 ones at the “high end” stores. Perfect back/head rest height, the material feels great and the added bonus was recliners! We’re so happy with our purchase

The most comfortable lounge I have ever owned. Supportive yet soft cushioned seats. The high back of the seats supports the whole body. The reclining action is easy. The fabric is easy to clean and looks luxurious. It is a really great lounge for it's very affordable price tag.I was able to assemble the lounge on my own.

For a $1000 Lounge the quality is pretty poor... i am about to request a replacement as the back section is wobbly and leans to one side as the back does not click in properly. Feels cheap! Don't lean on the sides as they bend and seperate from the base

It was amazingly quick delivery, delivery drivers were great getting it into my tiny place. Putting it together was easy except for the back pieces and it was very hard to then move into place. It's a bit harder than expected but I figure it'll soften with time. Wish it had come in other colours as it really shows up cat hair being so dark, had to cover it with a sheet.Great that the back is high enough, that was hard to find. Like the reclining feature, so do the cats. Would not suggest this to cat owners though as sharp little claws are already starting to shred the arms, have the protective plastic wrap stuff on order.Overall a good couch.
We are very happy so far with our lounge. It is smart looking and value for money. The reclining mechanisms are a bit still to put back but seem to be getting better the more they are used. Electric would have been better but the price would have been much more.Fantastic Furniture provided excellent service and overall the purchase went quite well even in this difficult time.Would highly recommend both the product and the company!
Sofa is great. As time goes by, I've realised that the seat space next to the arm rest feels a tad narrow with that arm rest hanging well over, & it doesn't seat as deep back as I thought, so the recliner does help a lot in this regard. I will get used to this as time goes. Overall, great sofa, but made the wrong choice.
The sofa is fantastic but the padding that zips on the arms is very difficult to attach. I suggest that the manufacturer just make the arm padding attachable with strong Velcro instead of zips. The sofa is very comfortable and very easy for us oldies to get up off it. It is high enough for comfortable head resting and the recliners on each end ( though small ) are very comfortable. Thankyou...
This is the worst lounge I have ever bought.Less than one month old and the arms constantly fall off.One recliner won’t open and one won’t close.Waiting for something to be done about it.
Bought for my daughter who couldn’t get to the store, so was an online purchase. It’s firmer than we thought. Also, most disappointing is when you pull out the recliners, there is a gap, it’s not padded all the way. Things hard to see online. Would definitely not buy again. The couch we wanted was out of stock for a few weeks, as we had been in the store two weeks before, but had to change last minute. It’s also a smaller size seat wise than we anticipated. I wont be buying furniture online again. I’m in the market for a new one myself, so instore is best.
