I got this one for my 5 year old son in blue. Fit was great and it was so comfortable he was wearing for the next few days because he was so excited for his own helmet. On the mountain it kept him warm and confident which led to him crushing some blues! Great product as always.

Great helmet, very cozy inside. Medium fits me (adult) with adjustment in both directions. The only thing it's missing is open and close venting. It looks like it always remains open.
Been looking for a solid helmet for my 4 year old. It can be tough to find youth helmets that aren't made for older children. We bought a YS and it fits perfectly with just enough room for a thin layer underneath on really cold days. Great padding, really comfortable (so he says), and the adjustability is great.
I recently reached out to Smith customer service as my child lost his clip on a recent ski trip. I purchased the helmet a few years ago from a local retailer and subsequently purchased two more for my other children. After four weeks of back and forth with customer service and offering to purchase the clip they have said no. I’d rather spend my money with companies who try to accommodate their customers.
