Excellent sharpener. I needed one for scissors that was versitile and easily to use for various lengths and shape,perfect. Then used for knives in the block and drawer, did the job very well. Even my pocket knife passed down several generations. restored the cutting edges perfectly. Impressed with this device, quality is great also.Look no further for a sharpener than this A-1 quality.

I know that this knife sharpener works really well. I didn't look in the bag and when I got the package home both of the knife sharpeners that I purchased looked as if they had been purchased before because both of the packages had been opened and taped back together! Not happy
I purchased this knife sharpener to replace an identical one that I've had for over 15 years. The sharpening stones finally wore out after almost daily use and it was time to get a new one. This sharpener is so easy to use! I keep it in the kitchen drawer so it's handy to get to when I need to sharpen a knife or my kitchen scissors. It does a fantastic job of sharpening my knives so cutting meat or peeling vegetables is a breeze. There is little to no chance of cutting yourself when using the sharpener as your hand never gets close to the blade. Just two or three strokes of the knife across the sharpener is all it takes to sharpened even the dullest blade. This little gadget is sturdy and does everything it professes to do. I highly recommend this great little gadget!
This item is a great sharpener, be very careful to not touch the blade once sharpened. Or you could end up with a very severe cut. It didn't happen to me, but it did to my buddy.
Got this to replace the sharpening stone I used to carry in my hunting pack. When it arrived, I touched up the edges on all the scissors and knives in the kitchen, even serrated blades. Quick, easy, sharp. Only concern is possible longterm durability. Next test came while quartering an elk by myself this fall. A few strokes every few minutes, and knife was sharp again. Size and weight are good for packing, easy to use, hard to lose. I won't be going back to the sharpening stone for future hunts, this tool is a keeper.
this is the second one I bought. The first one was 25 yrs ago and just now do I need a new one. Does great on Scissors and knives.
I love this sharpener and have used it on my knives for years.The only problem I'm having is finding replacement stones/blades for this.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
These style of sharpeners are great! They're inexpensive but do a really really nice job. I've had expensive sharpeners in the past and was costly to have the stones replaced. I just now replaced the same style sharpener with this one that I had for about 3 years. Great value and great product.
