The Squad goggles have an ideal fit, not too big or small for adults and teens. I purchased for my 13-year old son and it fits his face perfectly. The exchangeable lenses give us some options between sunny days vs low light and it means I can replace the lens if it gets scratched vs buying a new set of goggles. I would recommend for anyone who skis a lot and wants some flexibility with lens type for different light. Very good quality.

Fits perfectly with most Smith branded helmets, and the adjustable strap is very useful if you're trying to get a perfect fit. Though they mold to my face perfectly, some people with larger face shapes my find it difficult to have the goggles seal all the way around. Overall 10/10, would recommend! (they also look sick)

After my daughter got the same pair in a different color, I ordered these on sale off season as well, and was so excited to use them for the 1st day of the season last week! I do like the intent of the product. But unfortunately the sticky stuff on the back of the straps feels like it somehow melted and left a gummy mess all over my helmet where it was in contact. Her's is fine. Not sure if I would recommend. If you don't mind the band/grip under the band deteriorated in less than a year, and the stickiness left on your helmet, then this is an ok goggle.Like the fast switching lens, but the stickiness from the bands is really annoying.Got it in Feb, rode a couple time before season ended. Now the season is restarting (Dec) and my helmet is filled with the deteriorated glue/film from the band that's supposed to grip onto the helmet. And to be honest, the goggles never gripped on to the helmet when it wasn't on my head anyway even when it was new. So that sticky grip never worked, and now the annoying sticky film all over my helmet :/
Field of vision on these are pretty good, I'm not a fan of the spherical lenses so these were as big as I could get for the cylindrical ones. The lenses change really easily. I got the chromapop everyday red mirror which I would say were a little too transparent for a bluebird day, I had some light eye fatigue. I'd recommend getting the everyday green or violet, or like I'm planning on doing, getting another sun lens down the roadReally recommend these though
AVOID IF YOU CAN! I was really excited about these goggles. However, after opening the package, there were already fingerprints and scratches on the lens and stains on the side of the goggles. They clearly have been used. Contacted SMITH and asked them to exchange for a new one. After TWO weeks of waiting, got a new pair of goggles and guess what, STILL had stains and scratches on the lens!!! Somehow they managed to send me clearly used and damaged goggles TWICE! It seems to me that SMITH does not value their customers at all.
It's incredibly disappointing when $240 goggles break before you even get to use them at the hill. I unboxed mine and went to adjusted them on my head. Then one of the clips on my strap broke and they are now unusable. I do believe they will be replaced through the warranty. But still super disappointing that something this expensive broke right out the box. Other than that they seem to be really sick goggles. Just bummed I couldn't try them.
Probably won't buy another pair.The lenses seem to have a reflective film of some kind, I can see my eyes in certain light conditions.I feel airflow leaking in from my temple areas (enough to make my eyes water when skiing at high speed), might be my old Vantage Helmet, or my face shape, or the googs just not fitting tight enough where the frame meets the strap.Was really stoked on the purchase but less stoked after being used for 50 days.
Really good quality and very good price in comparisons to other sites. Goggles are excellent quality and 2 lens included. Very easy to interchange. Overall having done the research I'm very happy with my purchase. Goggles performed well during ski trip last week. I used Everyday green tint everyday, in changeable conditions.
I like the style and the two lenses seem like a good combo of low- and high-vis VLTs. I haven't had any opportunities to test them out in midrange light conditions yet though, so I'm a little nervous that I might end up wanting another lens. Overall though, I really like the ease of swapping the magnetic lenses. Chromapop seems like a decent upgrade from my previous non-Chromapop Smith goggles as well. Every bit of visibility counts out there.One note about the color: it's more khaki than yellow. The pictures led me to believe it would be more yellow. I'm happy enough with it though. It definitely helps that I got them at a fantastic price.
