Snooza dog beds are definitely the best quality and customer service excellent I've experienced. We have two Hungarian Vizslas. I Originally bought the large hoodies and found them too small. The staff were wonderful and I had no problem exchanging them for XL calming cuddlers which work a treat with the deep sides they cuddle into., I also like the fact that we can get repairs done and extra filling when needed. Less waste, Aussie made, when and if I need to buy again, it will be a Snooza

The bed is perfect for purpose. Our dog, Turlough, likes to have a bed in a corner of our bedroom, but the spot is adjacent to an external wall. While he had a much-loved cosy snuggler, we felt there was too much cold in the wall for an old dog (he's 13.5 years old), and the Hoodie Cuddler would both block the cold and trap his body heat. He was hesitant for a couple of days, even going to another room early in the morning to enjoy his other bed, but then decided that he really likes the Hoodie Cuddler. It certainly keeps him warm and he's always been partial to sleeping in a 'cave', such as under a coffee table. A great success.

As described - would like a detachable hood section - my dog didn’t like being inside it at all. He was only on it to eat kibble. Oh and wee on it when it first arrived.He still squeezes into his super snooza and the calming cuddler has gone to a worthy cause

Our puppy loves the hoodie cuddler exceptThe hoodie doesn't stay up for long, and puppy doesn't like it collapsing on him. We had to insert a hard plastic tube to keep it up.
I should not have spent so much money on such a poorly designed and useless product.A simple piece of curved memory metal as used in tents should be the main design feature to hold the hood up. It collapses all the time. I have a large paperclip attached to my blind to hold the useless hood up. The designer should be fired. Please address this in future products the curve of the hood should be rigid!!!!!!!!!!I would ask that anyone silly enough to have one should be sent a rigid curved attachment for the front of the hood to address this major hood issue immediately. Very unhappy. Too difficult to send back or it would have been gone.
I specifically sought an Australian made dog bed, yes it was more expensive than several other brands all made off shore.I support local manufacturing and like the fact that I can get my dog bed mended if required and purchase top up filling also. Customer service via email and social media is very responsive and helpful.I purchased this bed almost a month prior to collecting our puppy, It won't be required for over 6 months when he is bigger, so I have not even opened the package as yet therefore cannot fully review the hoodie comforter at this stage.
