Snuggledown 80/20 Feather & Down All Seasons Quilt King

Over the years I have tried many doonas but have never been entirely happy. This time I spent weeks researching the various doonas being offered. I finally decided on the T & W 50% goose down. I absolutely love it! It is so light and cuddly. Instead of just laying on top of me it wraps around me, making me feel I am in a cloud! I purchased it in the middle of a very cold spell and I have found it to be cosy. I am also very impressed with the size. My bed is a queen and in the past I have used a king doona. But it still wasn't big enough. During the night it would slide off the bed so it was all on one side. This also meant quite an effort to make the bed. I can't believe I am raving so much about a doona but I absolutely love this Temple and Webster 50% goose down super king doona! I would be very interested if T & W could let me know if they can recommend a similarly wonderful doona for summer. I live in a city that is quite hot in summer with very warm nights so I would like a doona that makes me feel I have something covering me but will not make me feel uncomfortably hot. This quilt has just the right density and weight. It's fluffy, breathable and yet very warm. As advertised, it's an excellent all seasons quilt. The down is well distributed through the box stitching and it fluffs up well after a few days of being opened and on the bed (as the packaging compresses the down filling). It fits the quilt cover perfectly and makes the bed look extra inviting. Highly recommended.

Bit smelly which would possibly disappear after a couple of days on the clothesline. It appeared well made but unfortunately I couldn't use it as it was far to heavy. It's definitely a winter only doona which I reckon would work in the Arctic, without a tent [emoticon]. Again it is very heavy so not a buy for people who want something lighter. I ended up buying another 200gsm which was perfect.

After a few quilts (not purchased from T&W) not actually being super king size we were delighted when our quilt arrived and actually fit into our super king quilt cover! It's really cosy, keeps us nice and warm, the perfect amount of weight, very happy with it. We also purchased 2 in the double size for ours sons.

Barely any filling

This quilt may as well have NO filling in it at all. It just feels like an empty quilt in most parts of it. I’ve fluffed it up as much as possible and there’s just nothing to work with. What a waste of hard earned money.Wish I’d never purchased. The material on the outside is also not soft at all. Just cheap rough cotton.

Great product, great service, but prefer in person

I couldn't believe how quickly you got our quilt to us! And the price, at 50% off, was fabulous. I would, of course, have preferred to purchase in store, but sadly you closed the Albury Harris Scarfe store a couple of years ago. Now we have to buy online or travel.

Poorly presented purchased item

I ordered the quilt online and nominated click and collect from your Ringwood store. I purchased the item to give away as a Christmas present. When I picked up the item the box has been ripped open and panels of the cardboard were missing making it impossible for the box to be put back to how it should be. I asked if there was another item or box but was told no. As I promised I would get the quilt as a Christmas present I had no option but to take it home as your sales assistant told me there were no more quilts in stock in any of your stores. Very embarrassed I had to give the quilt in a destroyed box as a Christmas present. It looked as if the present had been previously used. I will Never buy anything from Harris Scarfe online again. Snug as the name of the duvet/quilt

Very good value for a 90% goose down quilt compared to other sites. Looked like the price went up after I bought it. Didn't feel quite as warm as our other boxed queen-size quilt that we bought that was made by Australian Feather Mills but we needed a bigger-size quilt for our queen bed and it served the purpose. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warm quilt, especially as cold as this winter has been.

Poor quality, low filling. Per square pocket.Very disappointed with quality.I returned product for a refund.I’ve had goose down before so I know my quality of products.

Wonderfully warm - a lifesaver really!!

The SnuggleDown King Size Goosedown & Goosefeather quilt that I purchased recently, is wonderfully warm. My husband & I both suffer from severe leg cramps, during the winter months, but since purchasing the quilt, we’ve been warm & toasty, with no leg cramps (so far).Money well spent & hopefully will keep us warm & cramp free for a good while longer!
