No doubt you’re wondering why the low rating?I ordered two items, both disappointing, but my aim was to replace my kettle in this case.This item is advertised as a “kettle”, but on arrival of the article on a Thursday lt was a ‘thermos’ where you need to to put the hot or cold beverage in the “so called kettle” and it would stay hot or cold for hours.A “kettle” is filled with water, plug it in and boil the water.So my complaint is the incorrect information given in the spiel.I am not really entering any competition but just letting you know the “facts”.It has a happy ending as I visited Indooroopilly on the Saturday and a helpful, charming young lady immediately arranged a refund and I was able to purchase my red KETTLE.
